Cons: They lied to me multiple times about everything. I called to verify everything before I left. When I got there to pick it up. everything they told me about debit cards and insurance the day before was wrong.

Customer no- service
Cons: The reservation was made in my name, upon arrival I wanted to switch it to my husbands name so he could be the primary driver. They wouldn’t make that happen without adding an additional $13 per day to my bill. I was willing to be taken off the contract, but no. So what started out as a good deal, turned out to be an expensive car rental.
