Cons: I’ll never use a discount car rental again. I saved $5, but my trip was canceled due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. Since I saved $5 on the discounted price, I was not refundable and they would not allow me to change the rental to a future date. Horrible customer service. Stay away!

Cons: I tried too cancel well in advance, and kept trying all the way up to departure date, due to Kovid 14-day quarantine in Idaho. They refused (both Thrifty and their booking broker. Never again.

Cons: I checked the car out at 1:00, had the vehicle for a week, and checked it in at about 3:00 upon my return. I was charged for another full day...ouch! I would have appreciated the extra full day's fee to be waived or the rate at least reduced. Otherwise, everything was very good.
