The Hertz process for extending your vehicle is very difficult - anything after 6pm is very difficult to contact support and speak with an actual human - the automated call center is extremely frustrating as it continuously prompts you deal with it online, and when trying to do online bookings/ vehicle rental extensions, it routes you back to call the same call center number -UGH what a nightmare! Ended up charging me for 2 extra days - smacking me with huge overage fees and additional $200 deposits. All other parts of this rental experience were relatively nice.Reviewed Oct 3 2022

The service at hertz could have been better. The women behind the desk didn’t explain a lot. I found out that I had paid a additional 250 dollars. I had to find out myself that I get this money back when returning the car. It was nice if they had told this to me.Reviewed Oct 3 2022

The car was a mustang convertable which is fun of course but a 2 door and with a smallish trunk and inappropriate for dirt roads 😂 My only complaint really is we were charged an extra unexpected $30+ airport tax at check inReviewed Oct 24 2021

I missed my connecting flight and couldn't pick up the car on time. Due to a full-day tour that I scheduled for the 2nd day, I couldn't go get the car till the 3rd day. Their policy is that they would hold the car for 24 hours but then nothing is guaranteed afterwards. The person at Hertz Flagstaff location who helped us managed to get us a car even though the kind we booked was not available anymore. The car we ended up having is really fun to drive and we had a great time for the remainder of the trip!Reviewed Oct 23 2021
