The staff at the local Hertz franchise are mediocre at best. The worst part of this experience is that this local Hertz location does not have a local working telephone number - therefore communicating with these folks was quite the challenge when attempting to call . You said they were renting me a Tesla. They never had or will have a Tesla at that location for rental. They provided me the least expensive car they had after waiting for a return. Bait and Switch. Extremely expensive of rented directly from hertz, had to extend 2 days due to flight cancellation and they asked for 210 usd. However it was 100 usd of tented through booking.com Horrible, I had to drive all the way there when they could have done it directly.
