My contract stated my drop off would be March 26 at 6:30 PM. I arrived 2 days early and paid $151 extra for the early rental, specifically asking twice if that was all the cost. A couple days later I sat down to read my Hertz contract and it said the drop off now was changed to March 25 at 2:30 PM. After waiting on hold for a half hour I reached a live person and telling her the issue she actually laughed and said.. no, you need to drop it off on the 25th. I told her my original contract states the 26th but that didn’t matter so I had to pay extra. They emailed me a new receipt and they had changed the drop off to 2:30 not 6:30! I called again and waited and waited. After over 45 minutes I gave up and just extended it AGAIN! I paid in good faith for a rental through March. 26 at 6:30 but instead never got what was agreed upon. Horrible customer service, Horrible experience.Reviewed Mar 30 2026

After doing the paperwork at the indoor counter, I was told to go outside to the pickup area and told to take any SUV in a specific area. There was no one out there to assist me. I had to take the time to read the Nissan Rogue manual to understand how to use the various options especially the GPS mapping and after connecting my cell phone be Bluetooth, I could not get the mapping to display. I had to drive to my location holding my cell phone to view the map. It was the next day that I found out that I needed a cable connection to view the mapping. I am very disappointed with that type of SUV and will never buy one nor will I use Hertz again. At my return drop off there was no one there to scan the SUV back in. I did as others and left the SUV in the line with the FOB to get into the airport terminal on time. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE !Reviewed Mar 20 2026

I had to wait because my car was not available. They want to downgrade to smaller car. All this because I refused extra insurance. I arrived 4:10pm and they give me the car at 5pm. Very rude to the client. Never again 😒Reviewed May 16 2025

I was greeted and given a five star line up of cars for my choosing and was in and out of the counter in minutes. They didn't nickel and dime about charges and provided car with toll device if needed whereas Fox or others like them want to charge for everything.
