Pros:The drop off at Little Rock was very quick and convenient.Cons:Our registration was for a Ford Focus....instead we ended up w/a much smaller Ford Fiesta. Instead of asking us numerous questions upon arrival, they could have read over our confirmation....it was almost all asked while we registered.Reviewed Aug 12 2019

Cons:I reserved and paid for a full size car. Hertz oversold their inventory. I was given a Focus, at the same rate! No refund for downgrade. They gave me 1/2 tank of gas as a consolation.Reviewed Mar 25 2019

Quick, easy process, economicalPros:I liked there were not excess taxes at this pick-up location. It ran great, plenty of power and great mileage.Cons:I chose an economy car and got blown around on the road with high winds. Trade off for small economy car. Also needed oil and fluids when I checked it out after pick up, that I added. Car was clean but needed its fluids checked before renting.Reviewed Jan 8 2018
