Pros: Nothing cause I never got the car
Cons: Well if your system did not alow me to make a reservation to pick up a car when the hertz was closed that would have been nice

Great service, excellent quality car
Pros: People at Hertz were kind and helpful. Car was spotless and performed great.
Cons: Windshield wipers were shot, so I had to grab a new pair

Cons: The car didn’t have a full tank of gas when I picked it up. I returned it with a full tank of gas as instructed, but was refused any sort of credit or reimbursement for the difference. I do not recommend Hertz.

Pros: Overall, I was pretty happy with this car rental. The car itself was fairly clean and very comfortable to drive. I like that this particular Hertz location will pick you up and drop you off at home, saving us money on a taxi. The service was all around very friendly as well.
Cons: I had to dock points slightly in my rating, as our pick-up was 30 minutes late. This was due to a mistake on Hertz's end, and they were very apologetic.

Office closed when arrived to pick up car
Cons: The email I got failed to mention that even though we were told to pick up the car at 12:00 that the office closed at 12:00 and no one would be there for us to actually get the car. We arrived at 12:15 and had to make other more expensive arrangements. I was not impressed at all.
