Pros: Pick up was Good ./Ladies were very nice/paperwork went very fast/
Cons: Drop Off/ Very Bad/ After hours/ Not a single parking place to put the return car. I had to go in the paint store next door and ask if I could leave it in one of his designated ( protected by signs ) parking spots. Luckily, he said it would be OK. Thought I was going to have to leave it on the street.

Cons: I was delayed by weather and did not arrive until after the Herrtz office closed. I called them when I found out I would be delayed and explained the situation & the sales person told me I had to reach out to the 3rd party I made the reservation through. I finally heard from the 3rd party that evening and they gave me Hertz corporate number to call for help needless to say I still didn't get a car or responds after being on hold for 30 minutes. I had to rent a car from a Hertz competitor.

smaller than advertised
Pros: I liked the pickup location and drop off
Cons: Car wasn't ready at agreed upon time, had to wait 20-30 Minutes for the car to be cleaned up. Car was smaller than advertised. It was advertised as a Toyota Corolla or similar. We received a Kia Soul which did had much lesser trunk space.

Pros: The second van was a new model.
Cons: The lie they tell about having what you reserved when paying in advance. The rudeness of the staff. The wait time for picking up our vehicle and the hassle dropping it off. They dont have a problem taking our money. The amount of money that customers pay they should have excellent customer service. We keeping them employed. I paid 500 dollars for nothing but hassle.
