Pickup and dropoff at the rental location was quick however we did have to wait 30± mins to get the van from the airport to take us to the off-site lot. I was given a Hyundai accent as an intermediate vehicle. I would normally consider this compact class but they insisted it was correct. I'm not sure who was right but it was smaller than I anticipated.Reviewed Feb 25 2024

The process to check out the car took too much time. I was able to show them my prepurchased insurance through Kayak. No problems there. I change the reservation from the airport to the hotel. No problem there with increased charges. They meet you at the airport to pick you up with a sign. They used my What’s app app to contact me. Don’t disregard that. There is a person watching the app to respond. They upgraded us for the inconvenience. Person at the desk spoke English well. Nice new, maintained car. Streets in Chile are very good and cell tower will run quickly keep you informed on your maps apps. I would rent a car in Chile again.Reviewed Feb 9 2024

Met at airport by a Hertz employee with a sign and brought to the offsite location via a third party shuttle. They had a problem with their system and weren't able to enter my Hertz Gold # so had to give all. All worked, great car, kind staff but between shuttle and info, took >45min to get on the road.Reviewed Dec 18 2023
