Excellent except that airport office didn’t open until 8 am and we arrived at 7. Also, they had misplaced our reservation so it meant that the agent had to work it out. He did that nicely but it took a while, causing us and those in the long line to wait a very long time. So, excellent agent and car but poor agency service.Reviewed Jun 23 2026

I cancelled the car because my wife got laid off on a job she was working out of town and came home with our second vehicle I called 5 days in advance but they still charged me almost half of the original cost after giving me the run around for over 2 hours I didn't have a good experience and don't like being ripped off for something that was beyond my controlReviewed Jun 23 2026

The customer service at the Marriott in downtown Portland was poor. It was a long wait to pick up our rental, and nobody was there or answered the phone when dropping off our rental. It was difficult to pick up/drop off downtown, as it was in a parking garage in a different building from where you check in for the rental.
