Cons: Hertz said booking site was messed up and that they booked 6 cars that they didn’t actually have available.
Pros: seamless pick up and drop off. price was cheaper than expected.
Very efficient processing and good value.

Cons: Drop off took a long time, agent should have let us just give him the keys and go when he saw he was going to be occupied with others for awhile. I tried calling Hertz to see if I could drop it off somewhere else but that took too long and finally the agent dealt with us.
Misinformed and a costly mistake to the customer.
Pros: The rental car was great and served our purpose well.
Cons: We picked up our rental at an off site location and needed to return it to a different location. When asking the representative the best spot to do that he told us a Marriott near the airport. He said to leave it with the valet and the hotel had a shuttle to the airport. He neglected to tell us that the shuttle was $11 a person (we had a family of 6) plus tip! So beware, the Hertz representatives don't know what goes on at other locations and they don't really care about the hardship it costs the customer. I have had much better experience with Enterprise. Will not rent with them again.
Cons:
rental agent not in office...didn't answer phone.... had to wait an hour in empty office till he came...2 other clients also waiting....car not cleaned...office hard to find....at the end of rental had to wait almost an hour for taxi to drive me home...no courtesy driver available
Drop off
Pros: Did not have after hours drop off which curtailed our vacation, very disappointing. Did not have alternative location, suggested we use Uber
