Kayak did not disclose location of pickup
Pros: Did not rent
Cons: Kayak misled us and we forfeited the money.

Cons: They charged us for the second driver without saying ahead of time that would be the case. Enterprise does not charge for the second driver. The car they tried to give us did not match the one promised in terms of how many it could seat in how many rows. We had to pay more to get a bigger one. The rental place was clear across town and the only reason we agreed to it is because we thought we were getting a good deal. Didn't end up being a good deal at all. Never Hertz again.

Pros: Didn't get the car
Cons: It was the wrong location and I couldn't do anything to switch it to right one - the airport. So entire reservation was wasted.

Won't do luxury car rental again

Pros: It was clean.
Cons: Charged much more than I payed for on Kayak. They did not have the car I requested (a Jetta) and gave me a Kia Optima and told me it was the same. The car rattled going anything over 50 on the feeeway and the lumbar controls on the drivers seat would not work. Driving 2000 miles with that was very uncomfortable.

Car type was not as advertised
Pros: On site car rental location at Tucson Airport
Cons: Car type was awful for the category I selected, and I didn't have the time to return back to the service counter, as customer service was very slow. I probably will not use this service again, as I felt betrayed in the lack of honesty regarding car type.

Pros: Nothing about closed dropoff but not sites fault.
Cons: Very inconvenient dropoff. No closed warning. No waiting space etc. wanted to chge around $300 for privilege of dropping at airport or warning that it wasnt. Even at airport, no way to get bags, etc to airport. Just not a good ending experience

Cons: Some kind of issue with the front left fender had the car sounding like a bucket of bolts as it went down the road.

Cons: I got to the Hertz counter and they did not have the reservation that was confirmed for me by expedia. They said it had been booked at a dufferent Hertz locstion when i had specifically wrote that i wanted the airport location. Furthermore the Hertz agent said she wasnt surprised...that this happens sll the time with third party booking agencies like expedia. They look for the best price and dont necessarily tell you its not at tbe location you requestef.So i wrnt to Enterprise snd got a better price than Hertz would give me for a reservstion on the spot. Ill never use Expedia again

Great Car and Great Service
Pros: The Buick was a wonderful ride! The customer service representatives at the Hertz Rental were very welcoming and friendly. Also, we had time to ask them questions about where to eat and what to see while we were visiting Tuscon, and they were accommodating. Our car was ready in minutes and nice and clean. We were able to return the car at the Airport, which was a PLUS, since we had picked it up on the other side of the city.

Pros: I LIKED THE CAR ITSELF ,IT GOT US TO AND FROM
Cons: DIDNT LIKE THAT IT WAS DIRTY, TORN IN ALOT OF PLACES AND IT WAS JUST INCONVENIENT

Great car, at great price
Pros: Everything. From the service counter, to Mike the drop off guy, we were treated great ! We learned that picking up our car off site of the airport saved us approx. 50% of the rental price. We took a cab to the off sit Hertz office, and for 1/3 of the cab fare, we were able to drop the car at the airport rental site. Great bargain ! Saved about $250. The Hertz employees at both sites were great ! Kudos to Mike, who was pleasant and helpful on the drop off, even though it was 4am ! took our extra insurance through Allianz for $9 per day.

Cons: The need for a second driver when girlfriend's father had his car in shop came up. They wanted to stick me on that. The rental location was also an expensive taxi ride from the airport. There was no shuttle.

Rental agent will rip you off if you are not caref
Pros: Car was fine.
Cons: Rental agent was very intimidating and was constantly trying to sell us things we didn't want. By the time we were ready to get the car, I was totally stressed out. Not what I expected from Hertz.

Pros: Monica, the representative who assisted me with my rental, was extremely personable and made sure that my rental was fulfilled promptly, easily, and with great attention to my specific needs.

I assumed my reservation was for the airport Hertz
Pros: The cost
Cons: Having to take an UBER to the rental place cost $25.00 When renting it should have had something in bold print that the address was not the airport address.

Pros: Lowest price for minivan
Cons: The car was filthy upon picking it up and had low tire pressure. Aired it up several times and finally exchanged it at our destination. Staff was new and in helpful.

Staff needs to know their inventory better
Pros: I was able to make changes to our reservation relatively easily
Cons: The fact that I had to make changes to our reservation. I needed a car that would fit the bicycle crate I was traveling with (47"x 30.5" x 10.5 "), which is very easy for any car that has back seats that fold down. Making the reservation on-line, however, I decided to play it safe and reserve a small SUV. I made a mistake in my reservation (for which I'm completely responsible), and needed to change it a couple of days beforehand. This was relatively simple, but upon arrival at the airport the agent looked at the bike box and said no way it would fit in the car we reserved, and up-sold us to a $1000 SUV. I told her any small car (I drive a small BMW) would work, as long as it has back seats that fold down. She claimed not to know if any of their cars have back seats which fold down. After a lengthy process, in which I had to figure things out on my own, since the staff didn't know their inventory, I got a Ford Focus, which worked fine. This all would be easier if the staff were as well trained in their inventory as they are in asking the question, "What brings you to Phoenix, today?"(which we heard every staff member ask every person they greeted, like following a script).

Only talk to Trent if you rent a car from here!!
Pros: Everyone that worked here was checked out and didn't seem to care about customer service, except Trent. To make matters worse the 'regional manger' there texting on his phone, not helping people in line waiting. Trent saw we needed help with an issue with our rental car and immeditaely stepped up, re did all our paper work, and explained everything we needed to know about renting a car (this was our first experience). Thanks Trent, we will be back to this location because of you!!
Cons: Impersonal employees, lazy regional manager, employee (Morgan) did not explain what rental insurance was well enough and the car I rented was parked less than an inch away from the 1.5 foot high curb. Morgan did the walk around and never offered to pull the car out since it was so close- we couldn't even see if there was any damage done to that side since it was parked so close but we all figured it was ok. The car was scratched while I was pulling it out and since Rental insurance wasn't exaplined to me I have to pay out of pocket for damages. I had to get another car. Hertz explanation was 'yeah it was really close'. This is where Trent came in to help us out and we re rented a car with rental insurance after he throughly explained it to us, thanks again Trent!

Pros: The gas mileage. I made my trip from Tucson to El Paso without having to stop for gas.
Cons: The car I rented had the rubber in the door frame and trunk falling apart. There was a hole in the carpet on the driver's side. The car itself has no pick up. I could not adjust the seat enough to make it comfortable for my 5 hour drive from Tucson to El Paso.

Kia Rio- not impressed with the car.
Pros: Easy pick up and return, good gas mileage, good pick up when driving.
Cons: They gave us a Kia Rio, not impressed, I would never buy one. The gas consumption was good and it had power but the seats are so low in it that we all three (over 65) had a hard time getting in and out of the car. One of the ladies is 83 and short and she couldn't even see over the dash board. As the driver you can not see the front or the rear of the car from the drivers seat and I am tall. The car wasn't swept out well before we got it. The price I paid thru your company was more than I would have paid thru their company directly. But the insurance with your company was less.
