Pros: Pick up and drop off were handled very efficiently and professionally. Car was clean and in excellent condition.

Pros: Everything was better then expected. Service, value and especially the car.
Cons: A wallet was left in the car. Trying to call the local Alamo was impossible. I talked to 2 people form a call center and Alamo has a nice website to handle lost and found and the wallet was recovered, but I left work to drive to the airport to speak for all of 30 seconds to the counter agent to find that they had the wallet. Big waste of my time. Over the next 5 weeks I will be rent cars 3 times and the Enterprise family of rentals will not get my business.

Poor Customer Service
Pros: The car was very clean
Cons: 1. The online ordering process was suppose to allow me to pick up the car via KIOSK but it didn't. The information I was given was wrong online. 2. There is no parking for picking up the vehicles, the person dropping me off and picking me up had to continue to drive around and around the airport. 3. I did not sign up for CDW as I have my own full coverage. When I dropped the vehicle off, they tried to charge me an extra $75. I explained to the attendant what had happened and he said I had to pay it and I signed for it but my copy did not have my signature. I asked him to show it to me. He went and looked and found there wasn't a signature. He did not admit this but went straight to the register and asked how I wanted to pay. I gave him my card and he told me, "I just want to let you know that I am not charging you out of courtesy but I could because I know you agreed to pay it in the beginning and even though I couldn't find your signature, its a legal and binding contract". He was very rude.
