I called several times to arrange an airport drop off (unbeknownst to me booking was for a remote location drop-off) but was told it was not possible. Upon bringing car back to remote location (cutting into vacation time) I was told it would be better to return it to the airport which I ended up doing the following day. Get it together!!! We were given a free upgrade to an EV. Unfortunately, there were several EV related charges added to my bill. Very difficult to contact Hertz. They only want online messages sent.
