they could answer the phone and be more responsive. they said that they would provide a charger when i called central reservations (since they don't answer the phone at the location) and they said yes, when I got there it was not the right charger. Also the car smells of smoke, no one answers the phone when I call to sort it out. Very disappointed.Reviewed Mar 24 2025

Their customer service staff are very rude when I called. All I wanted to do was extend the rental but unfortunately they didn't understand enough English to understand what I was asking them.
