Pros: Loved the valet! And the Starbucks on location! The restaurants were great!!
Cons: Did not like the pillows. I woke up with a stiff neck both mornings.
Pros: Excellent value and room design and spaciousness
Cons: Hassle to get online: last name is hyphenated and had to visit desk to resolve issue.
Cons: Bed could have been more comfortable.
Pros: Didn't attend due to not being able to get to the hotel.
Cons: Contacted Loews and cancelled the reservation without any issues, but the booking agency decided that it was within their no cancellation period, so still charged. If the hotel refunds, I fail to understand why the agency still charges?
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel looked great and the parking garage was great for us to leave our vehicle during our trip.
Pros: Stayed in numerous ohare area hotels during past five years and hands down, Loews was heads above in cleanliness, staff, and overall presentation. Spacious yet quiet, especially in a bustling area. Will be back.
Cons: We got there and we had asked for a room with two beds and they said they didn't have one when we had already made the reservation with two beds. Staff did not do anything to accomadate us. Registration lady was rude and short.
Pros: Nothing much
Cons: Pay to park even though it was that far from city, bad bathroom, no complementary breakfast
Pros: Nicely appointed room; very good about late check in despite being busy (~2am).
Cons: I had to purchase a toothbrush and have the lady and the shop tell the front desk guy (who had sent me to their shop) to give me toothpaste because they were out. A little dissapointing given the price and proximity to the airport.
Pros: Clean, cool decor, good service, good shuttle , if you are ever stuck at Ohare
Consider this hotel
Cons: Not impressed with charging to register early. And never have had a 4 pm register time.
Why choose between downtown energy and the convenience of being five minutes from the airport? At Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel, our guests can have the best of both worlds.
Pros: My husband and I stayed at the Marriott while attending a wedding in Downer's Grove. We stayed here because it was part of the hotel block that the couple booked for out of town guests and we received an excellent rate.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Marriott and will likely stay there again if ever in Downer's Grove. In fact, we were married 3 months ago and honeymooned in Aruba at the Hyatt. We thought that the rooms at this Marriott were much nicer than our room at the Hyatt, which is saying something as we stayed at one of the "premier Hyatt facilities". Given our great experience at this Marriott, I think the Marriott will be our "go-to" hotel from here on out when we travel.
In addition to the beautiful rooms - we were impressed by the hotel staff and their willingness to accommodate whatever needs we might have. We showed up at the hotel at 9am after taking a very early flight from Philly, and they were willing to check us into our room at that time (incredible!) so that we could get a little rest in before the wedding. When we checked out the next day at noon, we asked if we could stay a little while at the pool because our flight was not scheduled until later in the evening. Again they were incredibly accommodating giving us an extra hotel key so that we could have full access of the pool and fitness center facilities.
We definitely look forward to returning to other Marriotts in the future and you have turned these typical Hyatt guests into Marriott people! Thanks Marriott Downers Grove
Cons: The pool facilities were wonderful, but we did notice that the pool floor (bottom of the pool inside) could use some work. They might have been looking into working on that as some construction guys were talking around the pool when we entered for some R&R before our flight.
Pros: I liked the entire stay very much.
The staff was friendly (even remembering the last time we visited).
The staff made extra efforts to accommodate our schedule to make our room up at a time convent to us.
ALL staff, from front desk to restaurant staff to housekeeping were cognizant of us enjoying our stay and were very responsive to our schedule as to not to in any way inconvenience us.
In 2016, Marriott International applauded our dramatic transformation, which brought a modern sophistication to our all-suite hotel. At the Chicago Marriott Suites Downers Grove, guests are introduced to this new experience upon arrival with the Greatroom, an inviting space to connect with free Wi-Fi and unwind with a handcrafted cocktail. At Allie’s American Grille, enjoy classic fare in a casual setting. As spacious as they are stylish, redesigned suites feature locally inspired art, open, expandable closets, multi-use surfaces, spa-like bathrooms, platform beds and separate living areas. A heated indoor-outdoor pool and state-of-the-art fitness center offer balance to a business-focused stay. Six event spaces, including the 180-capacity Ballroom, can host meetings, weddings and social celebrations. Set in the heart of the east-west corridor, between I-88 and I-355, our hotel offers easy access to attractions, including Brookfield Zoo, Morton Arboretum, Oak Brook Center and downtown Chicago.
Cons: Didnt like the fact that there was not enough spaces to park my car. The lot was completely filled, and the hotel offers no valet service. I wouldve happily paid $10-$15 for valet, instead of having to drive around the lot in circles for close to half an hour waiting for a spot to eventually open up. The staff didnt offer much helpful suggestions on where to park my car if a spot wouldnt open up. - The room was nice, clean, organized. My only complaint about the room was the bed and pillows. Most umcomfortable bed Ive ever slept on. No pillow top or decent padding on the mattress. You can literally feel the hard springs digging into your back. The pillows offer no neck support, so you pretty much have to bunch the hell out of the pillow so that at least your head and neck are comfortable. I woke up 4x during the night bc the bed was just so damn uncomfortable. -- I never write bad reviews about hotels ever because Ive always had good experiences, but being that this hotel is a Hilton, and your paying the Hilton price, the quality/experience was definitely below average and I wont stay there again. For the same price, there are far better hotels in the Rosemont/O'hare area that Ive stayed at, such as the Marriot Courtyard right next to the very same Hilton I stayed at, or the Springhill Suites less than 5minutes away. -- Overall, I wish I had my $200 back for the one night I stayed the Hilton. Not worth it.

Pros: The hotel rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was good.
Cons: The pool was closed and i was not aware of that wben i booked the room. The kids were looking forward to the pool.
Pros: Excellent Wi-Fi, Large LCD TV with full cable channels plus HBO, Not hard to find off of Interstate 290. Continental breakfast. Cleanliness of the hotel.
Cons: Location seems remote (9 miles from Donald E. Stephens convention center). Prices in the self serve shop were OUTRAGOUS! ($17 for an airplane sized bottle of wine). Lack of restaurant on premises (just continental breakfast) as you had to take a shuttle or risk you life crossing a 4 lane highway to get to one across the street. Non-heated indoor pool.
Pros: Price was right and had a good room (a little loud as we were at the end of the hallway, but wasn't too big a problem).
Pros: Staff extremely nice and helpful. Availablity of the pool is a real plus. Breakfast is also a plus.
Cons: You cannot sit at the desk and watch the TV at the same time as the TV cannot be moved so someone at the desk can view it. Also the air conditioner is so close to the bed and shoots air onto both beds, especially the bed closest to the window. This was a major problem. It was so uncomfortable I would consider staying at another facility in spite of the other positives at this hotel. You also need a scale in the fitness center

Cons: Carpets need cleaning. Could use a microwave in the rooms.
Pros: Great staff working there; Great swimming pool;
Pros: pool and hot tub
Pros: The pool area is great!
Cons: We have to park to far away but it is not too bad.
Pros: Excellent location. Beautifully maintained and tastefully decorated. One of my favorite destinations in the suburbs.
Cons: What's there not to like?
Pros: The spa and pool
Cons: They don't offer free bottled water
Pros: Beauty beyond belief. I felt like I was in a lodge away from it all ... right in the middle of the Western Suburbs.
Pros: very nice staff, good amenities, great for our meeting. room was very clean.
Cons: Beds were terrible, pillows couldnt have been any flatter or cheaper, beds didnt even have a fitted sheet, so during the evening ended up laying on mattress pad. No duvet cover for comforter. Sleeping was the worse
Pros: Beautiful Environment. Pool was absolutely gorgeous. Steam room was heavenly. Showers equipped with great products (hair and body wash). Body lotion smelled divine
Pros: Pool and whirlpool were big
Cons: Didn't advertise that access to the gym and pool was $8 PER DAY per person, LAME
Pros: awesome location! Right on the grounds of the McDonald's campus. Beautiful and peaceful. I picked the perfect night to go there. The weather was amazing and was able to stop by hamburger U
Cons: big long hair in the bathroom. I have very short hair. Cleanliness needs to be improved a bit
Pros: Park/Campus like setting.
Cons: More hallway noise, due to room location, than my previous visits here.
The Hyatt Lodge and Hamburger University are located among 88 acres of forestry at McDonald's Campus in Oak Brook, Illinois. The Hyatt Lodge offers exceptional amenities with 2 restaurants, a lounge and an extensive health club and indoor swimming pool. It is located just minutes away from Oak Brook Mall.
Pros: Shuttle service is convenient and breakfast good. They even offer a sack breakfast for those who must leave for the airport before their 6 a.m. breakfast time.
Cons: Nothing close enough to walk for dinner.
Pros: It is a no frills place to stay near Ohare. Reliable shuttle service. Convenient.
Pros: The thing that made our stay at the Hampton inn O'Hare so nice was the hospitality of the staff. This one man went above and beyond for us.
Cons: The rooms had a weird smell to them but we got over it after about the first hour.
Pros: the quietness of the room -- even though my widow faced the busy street and non-stop traffic
Cons: Toilet problem !!
the toilet had a POOR design and caused my private parts to get wet ... or come in contact with the interior !!
that problem spoiled my stay because I primarily needed a hotel take a break from cross-country highway driving and to benefit from a private bathroom where I could void my bowels (and take a rejuvenating shower)
also, the TV did not have clear picture on several of the channels
lastly -- the internet price was NOT honored when I received the receipt under the door the next morning !!
Pros: For the price, my stay at Hampton O'Hare was excellent.
Cons: Some how they charged me 20$ more per room then I had booked for. They did make the adjustment after I brought it to their attention.
Pros: Staff was super helpful. Rooms were very clean. Great centennial breakfast. Everything was easy and smooth about our stay.
Pros: It's a good hotel and a good location for me when in the area for work. It's clean, the staff is helpful and I liked my stay. This is my second visit.
Cons: There wasn't anything that I didn't like.
Pros: pool, free breakfast fresh, great customer service
Cons: loud children upstairs but good overall after buying ear plugs. )
Pros: The hotel was very clean, friendly and nice. Great breakfast!
Cons: The hotel has limited parking available, we had to park along the curb. On busy nights I see this being a major problem
Pros: The staff was quite helpful and the shuttle to the airport was prompt and convenient. I also appreciated the free parking.
Pros: Hampton Inns are always a good choice. This is kind of on the back side of the airport, very quiet

Pros: Close to O'Hare, good food in restaurant (but pricey), good conference facilities, clean, comfortable.
Cons: Slow bellhops, watered down cocktails in bar, pair of queen beds is really a pair of full size, humid in rooms, doors stuck
Pros: That it was clean and you have till 3 to check out on Sunday.
Cons: You had to pay to park
Pros: Location, van service, room for the price, VERY nice front desk staff
Cons: Noisy neighborhood near airport/flight path
Pros: Very comfortable bed and great fitness center.
Cons: Unexpected expenses such as parking when there is no other alternative to parking
Pros: I needed a clean, dog friendly hotel for the night and this hotel was everything I needed. Not many nice dog friendly hotels that don't charge you exorbitant pet fees.
Cons: Its nit-picky, but I left at 5:30 am and there was no coffee service at that hour. If that's my only complaint, its doing pretty well.
Pros: Cleanliness. Spacious. Comfortable.
Cons: Very long lines in the hotel Starbucks. Add more staff or another coffee shop.
Pros: Great customer service, I like that their airport shuttle is reliable, leaves every 15 min. I absolutely loved the room service!
Cons: Room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, I found trash in the carpet. Also the coffee maker in my room wasn't working
Pros: My boyfriend and I had a flight out of O'hare early in the morning and were between staying at the Hilton or the Westin, and fortunately the Westin won. The shuttle to and from the airport was fast and our driver was very friendly. When we checked in, there was a line and somehow we were still greeted within 30 seconds, to which the front desk was so apologetic about our 'wait' (so polite)! When we asked of things around the area to do, the concierge went above and beyond as to tell us basically everything fun within a 10 mile radius. The staff was extremely friendly!
Pros: Beautiful room, Very quiet even though it was New Year's Eve.
Cons: Two couples we have adjoining rooms eventually they got our reservation correct but it took an hour.
Pros: The comfy bed
Cons: The old shower head barely working
Pros: Nice stay, comfortable, very helpful employees, close to o'hare. The parking and subsequent shuttle really started our trip out on a good note.
Cons: No problems
Located just five minutes from the airport and a mere 20 minutes from downtown Chicago, The Westin O’Hare has been recently renovated and offers easy access to the Donald E. Work in comfort with a large desk and ergonomic chair, or simply relax and enjoy your 42-inch flat screen TV.
Pros: The people were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were beautiful and clean. As far as location, the train station was a simple walk up the street and took you directly into the center of the city. Dinning was pricey at Gibson's but it was delicious and the service and food was wonderful.
Cons: More reasonably priced dinning areas are quite a distance up the street, which left your options fairly limited if you wanted quick and cheap. And even if you made the walk your options were limited.
Pros: Location was perfect to catch a train to Chicago. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Late night food in the lounge was very good.
Cons: Hot tub wasn't even bath water warm and the pool was cold. We found used soap on the bathroom counter when we checked in. We had to pay two days of parking because we went over 24 hours. Since the hotel suggests parking early and taking the train into Chicago, it would have been nice to get some validation for part of the parking time. They told us there would be additional charges if we parked and left for a while then parked again, but no warning about going over 24 hours of continuous parking.
Pros: The hotel, staff, and location are great.
Cons: But for the second year in a row on a Saturday night the fire alarms went off in the very early morning evacuating the guests. So in a good hotel we failed to get a good nights sleep.
Pros: All in all a great experience. If you're wanting a hotel close to the airport this is great, it's not really close to anything else. Breakfast wasn't included and I think at the price it should have been. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay very much.
Pros: Was warmly welcomed with a friendly smile and great service at the front desk...and enjoyed the warm cookie on my way up to my room. The bed was comfortable and had a good night sleep.
Cons: Wish the parking was free and not confusing when parking. The room was clean, but could be updated with a fresh new look...a little dated.
Pros: It was in a fantastic location. We could walk almost anywhere from where we were staying. Spacious room with nice amenities. Surprisingly quiet stay despite the fact it was during the weekend of Chicago Comic Con. And the service was good as well. Overall, a nice, comfortable hotel, but nothing super special.
Cons: As the same with everyone else, parking really takes a toll (pun slightly intended). And I guess, for the price, I expected something just a little nicer. You're mostly paying for the convenient location, which granted, it is. I would stay again but only after exploring other options.
Pros: Clean, king bed, rate was okay. Parking was relatively cheap.
Cons: Location was poor for getting anywhere, limited food in the area, Starbucks inside hotel was unpredictably open/closed all weekend apparently at random. Internet was expensive, and I had to pay $12.95 per day per device, so my wife and I had two phones and two iPads, very expensive, so limited connectivity. Parking was only relatively cheap if you didn't use your car all weekend; hardly anything in walking distance, so cab or pay double for parking to take your car anywhere. Location very difficult to access from freeway; you have to drive past restricted exit, get off, turn around, get back on, drive back to hotel exit. We will not stay there again.

Cons: Room was outdated, not very clean and smelled weird
Pros: The bed the room the view the bathroom, luxury and elegant
Pros: I really thought the conference facilities were really good for the large event that I attended. Room was clean and enjoyable.
Cons: My only complaint was the distance to the hotel from the airports. It made it very expensive to get back and forth.
Also, no HDMI ports on the tv so I couldn't watch my own movies.
Pros: The staff is horrible.
The vale parking guy messed up the front bumper of my benz

Pros: Always An Excellent Experience When I Stay At the Double Tree. Very Clean, Cozy, & Worth The Money.
Pros: room was clean
Cons: parking is far
Pros: The hotel was very clean and very nicely furnished. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows.
Cons: There were only 3 elevators for the whole hotel, one was out of order, and there were 3 family reunions, 2 onsite weddings, and 1 offsite wedding with the friends and family staying there. When we returned from the rehearsal dinner Friday night there was a LINE to use the elevator to get to our rooms. My husband and I found a way to take the stairs. Which wasn't easy as the only carpeted stairs went from the lobby to the second floor. We had to take the concrete fire stairs to get to the third floor that our room was on. We ran into a similar problem trying to take the elevator down to check out on Sunday around 11 am, an hour before the official check out time. After waiting 10 minutes and having several full elevators stop on our floor, we opted to take an elevator up in order to go back down.
There is no vent fan in the bathroom so the mirror fogs while you shower and then you have to wait until it dissipates into your room to style your hair or put on make-up.
The doors that enable the rooms to adjoin are NOT sound proof. I could hear neighboring televisions, conversations, and…um…"other" activities…
Overall I would not stay at this hotel again. There are several other hotels within a mile of this one that I'd rather give my money to.
Cons: The hotel bar is great for drinks but I would not recommend ordering food. It was cold, tasteless and the wait time was excessive. The remainder of the stay was excellent.
Pros: Staff attitude and service
Cons: No in-room safe
Pros: It was clean bed was comfortable and was very convenient for what we needed.

Pros: It is a very nice hotel in a good location. We attended a wedding reception at 100 Drury Lane. It was very convenient to be able to walk back after the reception. Safer too.

Pros: The room was great. The bed was extremely comfortable and overall very clean. The location was great as well. It is located near several delicious restaurants and an awesome shopping mall! I would recommend this hotel to any and every one!
Pros: Found a deal on kayak. Straight drive to downtown. Also a straight drive down south to midway. Good value for being outside the city center.
Cons: Breakfast bit being included in my rate.
Pros: Front Desk was very helpful.
Cons: The heat in the room was sporadic.

Pros: Everything was seamless from check in to check out. The in hotel restaurant was tasty. The rooms were spotless. I appreciate that our room had a balcony with a great view of Rosemont. Everyone was friendly. I loved the proximity to the Rosemont Entertainment Center and the Fashion Outlets of Chicago. I would absolutely come here again
Cons: Paying for parking is irritating and the parking garage is a little bit from the hotel.
Pros: Great location, close to airport and CTA blue line. Beautiful interior, great room. I would love to stay here again
Cons: Mattress a little too firm
Pros: Great hotel bar with happy hour and great food.
Airport Shuttle service
Clean, comfortable rooms.
Cons: Parking situation is difficult when arriving and checking in.
Pros: Great location, with easy access from your parking garage. Polite and helpful stay. Great breakfast buffet.
Cons: Big T.V in our room #302.
Pros: Great value for quiet and modern room. Staff was very nice. They let us check-in at noon. Red bar has great food and appetizers.
Cons: Construction outside of hotel entrance was an eyesore.
Pros: Great value. Very nice design. Convenient location. Polite staff.
Cons: Full parking lot. Long walk to the room.
Pros: Excellent facilities and extremely nice and helpful staff.
Cons: Parking was a nightmare, and if you could find a space it cost $30 per night. They could also use another set of elevators.
Cons: the waiting Time for shuttle to the casino
Pros: Workout room had lots of equipment. The rooms were comfortable.
Cons: It's a huge hotel with a huge atrium and the sound travels easily up from the first to the tenth floor. This made it impossible to sleep with a rowdy group in the hotel. I also hate paying $25 for a crappy breakfast buffet and $25 a day for parking. i felt ripped off.
Pros: Room was comfortable and clean. Everything I needed was available. Only a 6 minute cab right to Gino's East for the classic Chicago Deep Dish experience. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and there were lots of events happening!
Cons: The TV wasn't working correctly. Channels wouldn't update and the room service menu wouldn't load. There was a bit of nickle and dime-ing as well.
Pros: The Hyatt is consistent in quality service and features. I stayed here for a conference that was down the street. I got in early and a room was not ready and needed to have some breakfast. The wait staff were fabulous, told me I could stay with them as long as I needed and offered to check with the front desk on the readiness of a room. The Bell Caps took care of my items and locked up my stuff because I had a lap top, Red was a great place to eat, great staff. There is courtesy transportation from Ohare every 15 minutes. There is a mall about .6 miles away, an easy walk or a $6 cab ride. The blue line is a 10 minute walk away.
Cons: A room was not ready when I arrived and the front desk offered to take my number down and would call me when it was ready, I never received a call. The person I was traveling with received free WI FI (not a priority member) and i had not. It could have been end user error but even when I used the code my travel partner had, it would not work. At check out, the front desk did credit me. I simply recommend to anyone to ask about the free WI FI to save the hassle of $15 for a basic connection.
Luxurious contemporary 11-story, 1096 room airport hotel with 4 mirrored glass towers and 10-story atrium lobby with lighted glass elevators. Restaurants include O'H American Grill, Donald E. Stephens, Red Bar and Perks. Enclosed Skyway connects Hyatt Regency O'Hare to the Donald E. Stephens Expo Center. Full service business center available to all guests. One of the largest ballrooms in the Midwest.
Cons: have to pay for parking my car in the parking lot have to pay for a cuppa coffee in the hallway
The staff was very rude
The room has a smell to it
too far away from everything
I would not recommend the location to anybody

Cons: TV in room didn't work and there were too few bed sheets
Pros: Room was clean and there was plenty of space.
Cons: Just a couple hours after checking in my wife went to grab some toothpaste from the front desk. She had forgotten the room number and asked for the number. The two ladies at the front desk grilled her with questions. I understand security, but we didn't appreciate how my wife was treated. They called me on my cell phone, because I didn't pick up on either of the two phones in the room. Finally after confirming my wife was with me they gave her the room number. Later I found out that neither phone worked. The next morning the women who was rude apologized for the night before. It seemed a little too late, they could have used basic customer service to have resolved this rather than treat my wife like a criminal.
Pros: The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone we talked to was polite and upbeat. I llike it when people like theri jobs and it shows. There are no complaints at all about this hotel. We would use it again when traveling this area.

Pros: The breakfast and friendly accommodating staff.
Cons: Beds were not very comfortable. Carpets were stained and bedding was a bit worn out. Pool air wuality was so poor we couldn't swim.
Pros: It had a kitchenette
Cons: Cleanliness. Location. It did not feel cozy like you might want on a getaway. The staff never smiles. Everything seemed filmy.. old peopke smoky smell. The blankets were like grandsons. Not like your clean grandmother like you grand mom who never gets company and dusts off the sheets right before yoyr about to lay down. I HAVE Stayed in a 77$ hotel with better luxuries. One night here and I checked out. Went to hayyat place...very happy

Pros: Location was very convenient for the activities we had planned. At least two very good restaurants within easy walking distance.
Cons: Difficult to find, even with GPS, because of blocked off roads. Confusing parking structure available across the street. On-site parking was limited, but fairly priced.
Pros: The design and architecture of hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the beds are highly comfortable
Cons: Staff was not hospitable and seemed annoyed to help or make suggestions to local venues. Talked to three different hotel receptionists and none of them left me wanting to return.
Pros: Good location for shopping and dining. Out of towners: you are not downtown Chicago at this hotel. The train is within walking distance. Beds were very comfy and towels were great.
Cons: Room was not super clean.
Cons: Parking is a bit difficult, having to validate parking everyday ia a pain but the hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable
Pros: Location was good for an early morning flight
Pros: They charge for parking???? That's ridiculous
Pros: Free coffee
Pros: Very unique, clean, and great price for a night
Cons: Outrageous parking fee, cleanliness of pool table
Pros: Modern look and feel throughout, in public areas as well as guest room. Plenty of space in common areas to sit, work, read, etc. Room may not be the best for getting work done but was good for sleeping. Rates when I was there were competitive compared to other airport hotels and much less expensive than downtown. Friendly staff.
Cons: Minor complaints: Not as close to the Blue Line as advertised (although the shuttle will take you there). Entrance is hard to find by car/taxi, but once you've done it it's easy enough to remember. O'Hare is a busy airport so planes are flying overhead all day and night - otherwise fairly quiet. Mediocre coffee.
Pros: We had to travel with our dog and they were had no problems with having her at the hotel. We called ahead.
Cons: A little more space.
Pros: The hotel was very clean, the bed was plush and extremely comfortable. The staff was frendly and helpful.
They also have an airport shuttle which makes it very easy to access.
Pros: Cool euro style rooms, super easy access to O Hare

Cons: They refused to refund my money which I have not checked inn I cancelled my booking an hour later after I booked.
Pros: 1. first handicapped room given was funky.
2. second room was on a different floor
3. air conditioner did not work in second room well
4. toilets are too low
5. no micro wave oven
6. charged for water and parking
Cons: only good thing was it closeness to Arena
Pros: clean, access to O'hare
Cons: No pool, pay internet
Pros: The hotel is very conveniently located by O'Hare and the staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. The building and facilities are a bit dated, but nothing that would prevent me from returning. It had everything I could ask for along with convenient airport shuttle. Nice bar and restaurant too.
Cons: I can't really nitpick anything of consequence. The rate was not very low, but I did book this last minute due to flight cancellation.
Pros: room was quiet and had good black out drapes
Cons: breakfast was about $20... not worth it
Pros: Room was spacious and clean. Also, great customer service!
Cons: I liked everything!
Pros: The room was clean. It looked clean. It smelled clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. I would stay here again.
Cons: My room was in need of a better update. The room looked very modern but had a lot of qwerks. The room had 2 TVs but only one of them worked. We did not complain but notified the staff and they were going to fix it. The toilet tank cover was not correct for the toilet. At the corners I could see into the tank. The room was separated into 2 rooms by a door with a bathroom in the middle. The bathroom door had to be closed in order to get from the bed room to the sitting room. The overall hotel had very modern finishes but some of them were poorly executed. For example the wallpaper was very trendy but sometimes the pattern was lined up and sometimes it wasn't. Overall the staff was great and the room was clean and compfortable. If you need a quick overnight stay, this place is great.
Pros: I Had a great stay and I was well taking care of. I Missed my flight and had to stay in Chicago but arrived late to the hotel. My flight was booked for 7 the next evening. The staff.arranged for me to stay a while longer so I could rest. I'll be staying with them every time I am in Chicago. thanks a million.
Cons: No bad comments to say about my stay.
Pros: Rooms were spacious and clean. I wouid recommend the restaurant, although they are not cheap. The exercise room was well equipped.
Cons: Charge for internet service
Pros: Convenient location, staff was extremely nice and helpful.
Cons: No exhaust fan in bathroom just a big hole. Problems with the cooling system.
Pros: Every thing was great. The only flawl was that the toilet was stopped up, and was slow and quircky even though they sent a maintenence. man to try to fix it. Since we were only there one night it was no big deal.
Pros: I really appreciated the shuttle service to the airport and the friendliness of the shuttle drivers,=.

Cons: No microwave or mini fridge in the room and room service was a little pricey. Bathroom wasn't as nice as I expected
Pros: The facilities and staff were very nice. The restaurant and bar staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and spacious. Good location.
Cons: We booked a king bed but during check in was told the website I used is whatever is available. Wasn't happy about that. They did switch us the second night when one became available for the rest of our stay. The website thru Kayak was GetaRoom that booked the room. So I suggest to confirm your type of room before you stay if you go thru that website.
Pros: Rooms were really big, great staff, clean hotel
Pros: The young woman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. She was extremely pleasant and helped me out immensely. I can't remember her name exactly, but I believe it started with a K.
Cons: The service at the hotel bar. I stopped in twice over the weekend and could barely get the bartender or server's attention long enough to place an order or even pay the check! They were both eastern European.
