Everything was very good. No one bothered us, and when something was needed, my husband would have no problem finding a staff member to supply whatever was needed.

Matthew, Mar 2024 - El Conquistador Tucson, A Hilton Resort
The hotel is in a beautiful location, however, the facilities are in need of some serious upgrading and simply need to be cleaned. The grounds had places with accumulated garbage, and the rooms had a torn screen and mildew on the carpet. Restaurant service was slow, and food was mediocre. Not sure who’s giving out 4 star ratings. But this does not deserve one.

We stayed in the Casida suite for a week. These units are separated from the main building and they are very quiet. Be prepared for an uphill hike to the main building or call for a golf cart pick up. The Bed was very comfortable, but couch and chairs are hard and commercial. We really enjoyed the pool, and the grounds are beautiful. Food was very good, and staff very friendly and accommodating.

Cons (-) Horrible guest service. Unable to sleep all night. Kids running up and down hallways slamming doors. Pool had cans and pizza in it. Jacouzzi had sunflower seeds and cans in it. When I booked it said breakfast was included. It wasn't. When I some to management about all the above only response was I am sorry. No compensation for lousy stay and no rest. No changing our room to a quieter one. Next ti...

Pros (+) The location is amazing and the view is incredible.
Cons (-) Im accustomed to 4 and 5 star hotels and I guess at a certain pracie point you expect a certain level of courtesy and customer service and my experience was the worst I have had at the check in. They didnt have a room ready for me for 3 hours past my attempted check in and did not give any good info, right after requesting a refund to go to another resort I suddenly got a room well past check in t...

Pros (+) The location of this resort is amazing and beautiful. The service and staff were very accommodating and helpful with any and all requests. The pool was clean and refreshing and we found it to be a great place to take young kids. Lots for them to do. The movie in the pool night was a perfect idea!
Cons (-) The rooms are a little outdated but still clean. The beds were not very comfortable and probably need to be updated as well.
