Traveling with 3 kids and 3 dogs across the country. Very convenient location to highway. Only issue was our room smelled very bad.

Cons (-) I was placed in a Handicap room because the hotel was sold out and I arrived around 5:30pm (after work). The room had a terrible smell and shades that I could not get to close all of the way so I people walking by outside could see my shadow inside the room. The AC unit didn't seem to work and was extremely loud. The shower only had a handicap accessible shower head/hose so I had to remove it from...

Pros (+) Beds were comfy and front desk was pleasant.
Cons (-) I was put in a handicap room with my young child. This was hard due to lower door handles and room thermometer as easy access to his little hands. Also made bathing hard with the shower only set up

Pros (+) This is my second stay at this hotel. The staff is always outgoing, courteous and polite. The hotel always looks great, the complimentary breakfast is awesome. I will continue to stay here anytime that I show up in Tucson.
Cons (-) I can't say anything bad about this place it's just one of the best,top experiences that I've ever had.
