Wonderful experience. The staff was awesome and the room was so clean "no roaches or bed bugs" crazy value for a great weekend in savannah.

Dirty and in need of maintenance. Bathroom was gross - moldy shower curtain and tiles. Sheet were stained with grease (?) and pillow was bloody. Air conditioner turning on sounded like a freight train. Front desk staff was responsive but our concerns were not addressed. I'm an IHG platinum member - staying at dozens of their properties across the various chains they manage - and this was the worst...

Cons (-) Surprise! $30 per day for valet parking, no options. This was not on the website. Small room with no chair except desk chair.

Pros (+) Comfortable and clean. 10 mins away from the airport. Price was worth not having a free breakfast.

Cons (-) No airport shuttle, didn't provide coffee in the room because they were out, but did give me a free cup from the restaurant in the morning.

Cons (-) No fringe in the room, room cleaning at 5pm. First room given had no closet and I had to argue with them to move us. Overall rooms are clean and pleasant but the little things are strangely off.

Cons (-) the room was great, except for the air conditioner... the knobs were missing and wouldn't allow us to change the temp without using a leatherman

Pros (+) Excellent 24/7 valet staff and service although the $25 per night fee plus tax was an unwelcome surprise. Walking distance to River St, Bay St and other areas.

Cons (-) Staff were loud in the hallways while we were trying to sleep in. No free breakfast offered.

Pros (+) Room was clean. Very close walk to river walk area as well as the city market area.

Cons (-) Check-in was an hour and a half late. Valet parking was forced unless you wanted to find a parking spot somewhere on the street and carry your luggage over. Someone from the valet team also stole expensive items from our vehicle and was eating some food we had in the center console. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
