Overall disappointing stay. Our room was not ready at check in. When we finally got in, the room was subpar. The bathroom was missing a lightbulb, the hair dryer was broken and there was hair in the shower drain. Additionally, the room was in general disrepair: carpet tiles coming up, wallpaper peeling. Would not stay here again.

Comfy, spacious room. Breakfast was pretty good, but better to spring for a real Southern breakfast downtown. If you are staying more than one nite and want your bed made, and/or want fresh towels, you must inform the front desk of that by 8 AM that day.

Cons (-) Parking was very limited in the lot surrounding the hotel. The extended lot was a block away.

Cons (-) Bed Bugs / Chemical smell when entering room. Right side queen bed is overused, and unsupportive. Rust around bathroom fixtures. Wife and I awoke to rashes on our back.
