Toilet wouldn’t flush (one in our party had used it). Went to front desk. They sent up a person with a plunger to address the situation. It was obvious he didn’t know how to use a plunger. I asked for it and he gave it to me and left. I attempted to open the toilet with no success (well over a dozen attempts). Whomever cleaned the room had to have known it didn’t flush. Pros (+) Really only the proximity to the airport.
Cons (-) There was no breakfast, crowded pool, extremely loud fighting next door most of the night and a loud room keeper that came early and knocked on every single door in the place.

Pros (+) The pool and the nice staff as well as location off the highway
Cons (-) Beds were uncomfortable, room was very dated and we were kept awake cause a baseball team was in the halls til late.

Pros (+) The hotel was clean, and had quite a few amenities you may not find at other similarly priced hotels.
Cons (-) The bed and pillows were GROSSLY uncomfortable. I couldnt stay, left at midnight to go find another hotel. Pretty disappointing actually.

Pros (+) free internet nice (small) business center - didn't charge for computer or printer use Good breakfast -- better than most offering free breakfast very clean rooms - towels and sheets were fairly new friendly staff at check in... also offered hot cookie like another larger chain offers good location

Pros (+) Our very friendly staff person at the free breakfast was a delight. She was hard working and courteous. The selection of the breakfast items was outstanding. Housekeeping staff are very thorough.
Cons (-) Indoor pool chlorine odor permeated the corridor by the pool and elevator.

Pros (+) Room was spacious.
Cons (-) Sheets were dirty and had hair on them, and the bathroom had hair on the floor and dirt build up on the floors and around the corners. Considering it was over 100 a night I expected the room to be clean.
