Minivan

We had reservations for 8:00 am and arrived at Enterprise at 7:30 am. We were told there was a recall on the minivans we rented and they had to bring 2 more from another site. When I asked " If you knew about the recall, why didn't you get the new vans the here last night "? I was told "We found out about the recall at 4:30 the previous night". Then they said our reservations were for 8:30 am. We told them it was for 8:00 am and we confirmed the time the previous day. They had no answer. We didn't get on the road until about 9:00. It was a stressful time because we were 4 families traveling to Arkansas to see my wife's terminally sick father.

They did not have car available. I was informed to try back in two hours or check with another company onsite. I was able to get another rental at a more expensive price. Absolutely disgusting and wrong what Dollar did to customers.

Our Dodge Durango was an excellent vehicle for our family vacation- BUT the car reeked of smoke from whoever rented it before us. We did not come back for another vehicle because we were told at check-in that it was the last available car that could seat 7. We called back the next day on July 14th and told David about the smell. So we gutted it out the rest of our trip.

Absolute terrible. Car was not ready for over an hour….the counter was manned only by one very slow and distracted person while the waiting line kept getting longer….inaccurate description and car was not in satisfactory condition

Badly negative. 4 hours waiting for a car. At last, there was no cars available. I Had to cancel and get another company in same station.at airport. Employees at desk were rude and uncompromising. They should not be at front desk with public.
