I liked the model car we received because it was reliable for the unlimited miles they advertised

Cons:

The exterior of the car wasn't washed. Not a big deal but would have been nice to feel like it wasn't recently used given our current pandemic

Pros:

Overall rental experience was good. The staff was really good and helpful with the information.

Cons:

It was overpriced. Instead of LDW, it would have been good to have a comprehensive insurance for the rental period. If i would have gone through the budget site, I might have got a discount as well.
