It arrived 40 min later, was a half full glass full of coffee, and came with a $13 price tag.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful hotel close to the National Mall. I highly recommend!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was literally 2 blocks from the White House and Lafayette Square. If you’re going to DC to do the touristy stuff, this is a great location because you are pretty much close to everything. I walked not only to the White House, but also to the Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, WW II Memorial, and Smithsonian block, where all the Smithsonian institutions are located. It’s all walking distance. Loved that the hotel offered a complimentary bicycle code, so you can rent one for short rides. Rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. Enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant too. I recommend the French Toast! Finally, the concierges were particularly helpful in giving me advice throughout my stay.
Cons: I thought the bed was excessively soft. As in not being able to lay down straight, soft. Had to ask the housekeeping lady to remove the top comforter like layer, and still it was too soft. Would suggest firmer mattresses.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel. Wonderful combinations of retro look with modern conveniences.
Cons: No
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel can be reached comfortably by public transport. Service is friendly and the breakfast is fairly decent.
Cons: Upon checking out, my colleagues and I had to discover several items on our hotel bills that bore no relation to our actual stay. After some haggling, the staff eventually conceded that - e.g. having arrived by plane and public transport - we could probably not have used the valet parking ... Even later, minor items were charged twice to my credit card, without any prior notice or prior explanation given by the hotel management.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Central to all parts of town. Awesome view of the Potomac river.
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The luxurious atmosphere and costumer service. It was better than I expected since I knew it was an old hotel. I learned it was remodeled. The bathrobe was the best!
Cons: My room didn't have a bathtub. There is an extra charge for use of the amenities and I forgot about that, therefore I didn't use them. That kind of upset me, but it s my fault.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location it had a beautiful view and was only a block away from the metro. Our room was amazing and so comfortable. I absolutely loved the shower. You are given robes and slippers the robe is so soft and comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean. After a long day when we got back to our room everything was cleaned daily, SOOO NICE!!
Cons: There was really nothing that we didn't like about our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was amazing, a beautiful view over the Potomac. We could see the amazing sunsets, watch students rowing on the river and look out on the people simply taking a walk. We loved the pool, and I was impressed by the gym, which was very good for a hotel, in my experience. The lifts were very fast! Service was always cheerful and friendly.
Cons: Breakfast was probably the least favourite bit. The buffet was a bit unimaginative, although there was a good range of food to order.

5.8 Okay
Pros: The staff and that it had a CVS practically connected to the property
Cons: The room smelled like an ashtray. The walls and carpet had absorbed the smell. Ironically it was situated next to a PURE room which I am sure was also a smoking room in the past. No complimentary water and no fridge. Mattress was hard as a board and I prefer a firm mattress. Tiny pillows.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness, friendly staff.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location Also the meeting I was attending g was in same building
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was perfect! 10 min walk to the white house! I suggest getting a bird scooter and getting around that way. The entire hotel was very clean. The bar in the lobby is a bit pricey but good. Pro-tip is sit at the bar top. You'll thank me later.
Cons: The room was nice but did feel a little dated.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel. No complaint. Very clean with friendly staff
Cons: Cost of parking was nearly the cost of the hotel. Completely outrageous
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has a very nice lobby and restaurant. The room and furnishings are old but not ugly. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom could be more modern.
Cons: There was a 2cm gap under the door so all the noise came into the room. Parking is extremly expensive.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Vending machines weren’t working no late night convenience store in hotel
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I like the overall room. It’s very comfortable. They were also very kind enough to give me a free complementary breakfast voucher. Location is perfect very close to tourist attractions and shopping.(15min walk to shopping area/Portraits Gallery for example)
Cons: Housekeeping completing a clean of room every 3 days- I don’t understand this point. Is this a business decision due to costings, I don’t remember this rule for other Hilton’s I stayed in across the globe. I stayed for 2 nights so room was not cleaned at all. The fact that my room (I don’t think any room does) does not have a sign for “make my room”, not quite sure how they would clean my room or know if I had towels on the floor which means new towels requested. I phoned housekeeping to advise I needed more towels, at the time my room was clean (day 1) so didn’t need to ask to clean. I am sure they would have if requested. Although I received a breakfast voucher for continental breakfast for day 1, the actual breakfast with buffet is $28 per person (excl tax). I think this is way overpriced, which is why i didn’t pay for it for day 2. (This is over $60 for 2 people with tax and tips). I think there should be an assessment done over pricing, I don’t think the market or competitors offer it this high. There’s also loads of restaurants and cafes close by and breakfast would not cost this much.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It's a great location behind the white house but I wish they'd offered a free breakfast
Cons: at least letting us know they're going to be replacing AC units on the roof and not having to look at a giant crane truck the next morning
5.0 Okay
Pros: walking distance to metrobus and dc cirulator , walking distance to the White House
Cons: rooms had a musty smell, room temperature was difficult to adjust (room was either hot then cold with just a 1 degree adjustment)
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location to White House and site seeing was great. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
Cons: Pillows are not comfortable. I normally bring my own but forgot to this trip. Only negative about this trip was the pillows.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, gym and restaurants.
Cons: There was a lot banging noise over my room
1.0 Poor
Cons: I informed the hotel what I want and when I am coming. I arrived pretty late, after 10pm, however, I was still assigned to a room that's not prepared with a big orange machine turned on, sounds like a vacum. I NEVER experienced such a thing my whole life. Then I was assigned to another room which I can literally heard the noise from the next door. Then during midnight I was waken up by the MOANING sound from next door. And the attitude of the staff is just not professional at all, make me feel like it was my FAULT. Feeling very bad. Won't come back again.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Price was appropriate for the level of accommodations
Cons: No ventricular air/fan in bathroom No carpet on bedroom floor Square footage very tight w/ king size bed Reception desk staff should be set up better by Wink as an employer. Forced to stand in a small crowded space as they check people in
4.0 Okay
Cons: It is under renovation and they must advertise this fact. Otherwise it is misleading. They had no lobby but a make shift desk as their reception.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the location. It is so close to the Metro station with only less than 5 min. walk if need to take the Metro. But since it is within the National Mall, you can just walk to anything. I think it is the best location in DC National Mall.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to attractions and dining options
Cons: Cost for parking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is unbeatable. Staff are amazing. Restaurant food was delicious.
Cons: Nothing. Was a perfect stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent just one block south of the Space Museum with a rather big convenience shop nearby and a few fast food restaurants including McDonarld's. The two queen sized beds are very comfortable and we love the furniture with lots of drawers and a pull out table work and for snack. We got two rooms with a door to connect. That is very good to visit each other within our two rooms. And there are taxis at the front entrance of the hotel. That really added convenience to our stay at DC. We took a taxi to the White House early morning for about $10 and another taxi to Lincoln Memorial for $10. It's wonderful.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Really well situated to the Capital Mall and museums. Nice place and having a Starbucks in the lobby made for a great start to the day. Good place for business guests or tourists.
Cons: It was very pricey , in my opinion, but competitive with other D.C. area hotels
9.0 Excellent

5.0 Okay
Pros: Close to museums
Cons: Housekeeping took 100 cash from our room when it was cleaned
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Never got to experience it.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Located very close to the sites we wanted to visit. The maids did a very nice job of cleaning the rooms. The dining facility at the hotel had an excellent menu and the food was very good.
Cons: The coffee maker in the room did not work. Most places that I stay offer a better breakfast discount. (I didn't receive any discount). The cost of parking seemed too high - I would have thought that hotel guests would have been given a discount for this. :(

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was amazing, comfortable and staff were very welcoming.
Cons: The temperature the heat would come and go even when is at 78 degrees. Therefore, room became very cold and no fridge.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had to change plans. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but b/c of the covid19 our conference got cancelled. I booked through booking.com and figured I’d never get a refund. Brian helped me, called me back and got everything taken care of. He was so helpful I cannot express my appreciation
Cons: The gal working in the bar seemed extremely put out that she had to wait on us.
6.0 Good
Pros: Central location to attractions.
Cons: Rooms need to be updated. The furnishings in my room were alittle beat up. I was charged a $59.00 convenience fee. Stayed 2 days in March 2020. I was not going to use the pool, eat outside, or sun myself in a chair in March with temperatures in the 50's. $6.00 for a bottle of water placed near coffee machine ( fee ticket turned over and hidden ) Most hotels will include in room coffee for free. Staying in DC should not equal rip - off. Thank you for asking my opinion.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible location. Convenient restaurant for breakfast. Very nice accommodations.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I am an individual with disabilities. Each staff member who I encountered was extremely considerate, pleasant and respectful.
Cons: Magnificent experience . High praises to housekeeping, front desk, bar and food section personal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and knowledgeable staff. Had an issue with adjacent room being loud between 11:30 and 1am. Made call to front desk and they quickly addressed the issue. When arguing and banging resume they called police to have them removed from room. This could happen anywhere but the staff were amazing and apologized. We were so grateful. Would come back there no question next visit.
Cons: Noisy city to begin with but is normal for city. Fire department next door was busy but tolerable.
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff was very nice
Cons: Had to pay an additional $50.00 deposit and for phone calls.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is amazing! Very friendly, helpful, professional.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location in proximity to the conference I was attending
Cons: Was an average hotel. Very expensive for the quality, but I suppose that is just the area. Seemed more like a 3 star hotel. Many amenities were unavailable.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Room was very clean. Lobby was very clean. Staff was very friendly and professional.
Cons: I wish there were a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I also wish I had noticed that pets were allowed. I don't like being around dogs in the elevator waiting area, as I am allergic. Also, someone else in my party noticed a pool of blood in an elevator on Friday night. She assumed it was from a dog.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed at the Liaison in Feb for many years when we come to our unions Legislative Conference. The location is perfect for our Capitol Hill Congressional Visits The staff is always courteous and helpful. They could upgrade their business center to include a copier, however the staff always graciously makes copies for me.
Cons: We have always enjoyed the restaurant Art & Soul and I know the hotel doesn't own the restaurant, if they could pass along a message about the menu. That compared to past visits the food is good but I feel the menu is a little restricted and should have a little more variety and a little more to choose from.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was boutique-ish. Very beautiful. I'm going to come back to see the roof top pool
Cons: The pool was closed

Pros: The people were the best part of the brief stay, even with the amazing location and beautiful setting. Ali, Sandor and the colorful bartender (with glasses and lots of history) were all especially lovely in helping make a true birthday celebration for my husband something to treasure. We are both looking forward to coming back soon!
Cons: Can’t come up with anything

6.0 Good
Pros: location, bed, room size
Cons: yes at check in, I was informed that there was a "destination charge" for use of wifi, in room coffee, and a really small gym. That is a rip off.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff fantastic, always ready to help, very welcoming
Cons: Price in lounge very high
7.0 Good
Pros: Location is great! The staff are very nice and professional. Everything is very clean.
Cons: The TV stopped working (no signal), switched rooms and the TV went out (no signal) for 5-15 minutes at a time. Very inconvenient.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Between paying for parking, plus a daily parking tax and their ridiculous “destination” fee, it costs an extra $100 a day to stay there on top of the price you’re already paying for your room. No hotel on the planet is worth that ridiculousness.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Never got my $50 back
6.3 Good
Pros: The property was in a fantastic location. I loved the bartender Omari and the front desk attendant Jonathan. The day time front desk attendants are robotic and aren’t very warm or friendly
Cons: This place GOUGES you! READ THE FINE PRINT WHEN BOOKING. There’s an extra $30 a day “destination” fee. What is that? They also charge $50 for parking, that I understand and was happy to pay for, but on top of that $50 they charge a $10 tax! That’s for each day your car is parked there. Why not just say parking is $60 instead of tacking on extra fees. For a three nights I thought my stay was going to be around $500. It ended up costing me almost $800. This place is not the Ritz Carlton, not worth the money. There’s tons of other places to stay in the area. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious, clean and quiet
1.0 Poor
Pros: The location was great and bar staff were great everything else was horrible
Cons: At Check-in a resort fee of $-- plus $--incidental fee plus $55 for parking.is charged to your card. The key to the room NEVER works, NO HEAT in the room! I was there for 5 days and NOT ONCE did a maid clean my room!! Toilet didn’t work
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I finally was blessed to experience a real suite in this already "suite" savvy hotel... VERY NICE!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A: A lovely historic landmark hotel; & ALL staff: management & otherwise were quite affable & accommodating.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Comfortable rooms.
Cons: The room service could have been more diligent. Such as sometimes they would forget to put new bottled water in the room. But the front desk staff is very nice and helpful.
7.0 Good
Pros: Very nice location and clean hotel. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice.
Cons: I didn't like how the complicated payment. They require an $80 deposit on top of the room charge and destination fees. The hotel charged several high payments on my card (that were not valid) and it took several days for it to be resolved.

Pros: The decor was really cool, and it was conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and things to do.
Cons: My shower head was broken, I only had one washcloth, and the hallway on my floor didn't smell very fresh. Also,$50+ for parking isn't very reasonable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was cute and very HIPSTER. The location is great as its right next to 18th where all the bars are. Theres Starbucks liquor and Grocery stores close by
Cons: Its in ADAMS Morgan but the surrounding area needs some help. Park area across the street is the local homeless hang out spot. No driveway to pull into so if you need to unload bags you have to find street parking and figure it out. Parking is $54/night

Cons: Our room looked out on a building under construction
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very stylish decor, comfortable beds, good showers.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location.
Cons: Too eclectic for it's own good. It was nice that they "went out to local antiques places for nightstands," but nightstands with no drawers and no dresser or minimal shelves in the room were not the best way to serve guests.

Cons: loved it, all good. Just keep doing what you are doing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was ideal a short walk from union station and the mall.
Cons: The floor of the shower was not level one
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was walking distance from the train station. Hotel appeared very clean. I forgot to pack a few things but was thankful that an urban Walmart was a few blocks away.
Cons: My room was unlocked and the door was propped open by the lock when I arrived. I cleared the room movie hero style then called the front desk to let them know the door had been left open. They offered to switch my room but I was too tired to go through the hassle. I might have slept with one-eyed open a little paranoid that my door had been left open. Lol. Room was small but it was sufficient for my quick work trip. I don't like the refillable hotel shampoo and lotion dispensers. Ew.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We paid extra for the Capitol building view - it was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean and decent room size. My son loved the open glass elevators. Great if you arrive to the Union Station - just 5 minute walk. Free Morning coffee and tea station was a plus.
Cons: Breakfast was OK, but we enjoyed food outside more. Room might need some refreshing. Had only 1 regular coffee capsule and two cups in the room for 3 people
7.0 Good
Cons: Toenail clippings were on the floor.
7.0 Good
Pros: Very nice rooms and common spaces.
Cons: Charged me a $26 “resort fee” that clearly had no basis.

Pros: The food
Cons: The beds are awful The interior of the rooms are dated, and damaged The walls, bathroom , around doors are all damaged and they just paint over it or in some areas just left it. Decor is 90s in the rooms and drab. Not impressed at all

Cons: Oversized noisy heater/ air conditioner. Inner rooms view hotel systems Lots of staircases on conference levels. Expensive parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Omni is conveniently located near a metro station and walking distance from restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. I booked a room with King bed but got a mini-suite with separate living area. I only wish I stayed long enough to enjoy it.
Cons: No.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was in love with the location and all instalations!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a classic hotel, quite different from a standard Marriott or similar hotel. Our room was elegant, with a very interesting decor and ample size. Everything about the room was perfect for a stay longer than one night. Lots of storage space.
Cons: Wi-Fi was intermittent and hotel restaurant was not open in the evening.
6.5 Good
Pros: Staff was extremely friendly. The rooms are large. The toiletries are high-end.
Cons: The room was rather dusty. I imagine that they are not 100% booked every day of the year (the hotel is very large), so I believe it has been a while when it was last dusted and thoroughly cleaned. The hot water in the shower doesn't get particularly "hot." Warm enough for a quick shower.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was excellent!! Friendly, helpful, professional.

Cons: No, nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location!
9.0 Excellent
