All facilities are clean and well-maintained.
Very quiet even though our room was on the highway side of the building. The staff is terrific. A plentiful breakfast that seemed to meet the needs of a variety of guests. We are healthful eaters, so we just grabbed some fresh fruit. But for those who like breads, pancakes and more typical processed foods, the hotel provides all the typical - but done well and hot and fresh. Our room was so clean and comfortable. It is a good find for us as it is a halfway point on a regular route we travel. Yes, we will stay here again.
The hotel is only 3 months old and everything was perfect. The staff was helpful, location was easy to find, room was comfortable. Nothing
The room was great, very clean. I loved the fact they had an outside area for smokers, instead of standing outside the door they provide a nice area to sit and smoke.
The room was good size with a king, liked the table and chair. Bathroom was decent size. A little tricky to get to but not terrible. Located right off the interstate, some noise from road can be heard but not too bad.
It was positioned right for my trip to Biloxi, MS. I stayed just overnight and it met that requirement. It was a basic hotel but needs some upgrade to their rooms.
There were nearby restaurants and access onto the highway was easy. Also, the rooms were clean. The staff was nasty, there were several construction workers carousing, and the night clerk threatened to charge us extra for the kids; they also threw a fit about having to use all the beds paid for - ridiculous!
Room was quite nice. No shampoo. Breakfast was very sparse.
The location to the major interstate. Towels were dirty.
Price Microwave was filthy
The proximity to where we were visiting
Perfect for our 1 night stay
It was very close to highway, had comfortable beds and was clean.
The Hotel Employee who worked the front desk was professional and very polite. I was given a room on the second floor and by me being handicapped she changed it to a bottom room without hesitation. I highly recommend this hotel to EVERYBODY wanted comfort I loved it all
Everything! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was beyond wonderful, from complementary house slippers, to premium oatmeal based soaps, and body care items, they even supplied pre-loaded sealed toothbrushes! The breakfast was made to order, everything from individually made omelets, to fresh fruits, sausages, cereal, you name it! We will absolutely stay there again.
Decent value for money, clean/comfortable room Difficult to find even with GPS, front desk guy was less than warm
Manger and staff very friendly. Nice towels!
Extremely well maintained facilities, friendly staff. Perfectly clean. It's not fancy. The gravy for the biscuits and gravy was a bit cold.
The breakfast was delicious. The owner was helpful. Very clean.
This motel was fantastic. The room was clean with homey touches like area rugs and decorative pillows on the bed. There were even two pairs of slippers for us! The only staff we met was Allen, who worked the front desk and cooked the breakfast. He is friendly and made us feel welcome. I thought this motel had the feel of a four-star place; it was that nice. We have reason to go to Memphis in September and will definitely return to Knights Inn. It more than met our expectations.
It was the breakfast that took it over the top. I've never seen a hotel have made to order eggs, pancakes, and waffles. Pretty impressive there and also very clean facilities and welcoming staff. I had no complaints actually. They were spot on. They even remembered our names in the morning when we showed up in the lobby.
We liked the guy who made the eggggssss. The towels were good for lettuce. The ready brush toothbrushes were sublime. That the bacon was $135. Also the papaya trees may not have been the best choice for room decor. The air conditioner was also confusing.
friendly staff, clean room and a very comfortable bed.
Do not assume this is any old Knights Inn, this place is uniquely incredible. Traveling across country several times, the rate for this hotel room to the absolute fantastic quality of the rooms is unbelievable. The place is a hidden gem for visiting Memphis, and is a must for travelers coming through to Memphis. A quick commute easily puts you in downtown, and there is ready access to gas stations and other amenities near by. The beds and furnishings are a fantastic quality, and the cleanliness is top notch.
Great room ,clean ,large TV ,Jacuzzi tub, beautiful decor.
Really friendly staff, right on the highway. Turned on the bathroom light and the switch sparked. Left it on and reported it when we left. One bedspread had two shoe prints in the middle of it ... Weird.
I booked the king room and honestly wasn't expecting the room to be as nice as it was to us. Amazing mattress, fridge and microwave, new flat screen tv... The shower drained a little slow towards the end
The bed was comfortable Desperately needed an update. I'm 6'0" tall and had to buckle at the knees to get under the shower head. This felt more like a budget inn than a typical ramada. Location was difficult to get in and out of. Only interaction with staff was checking in. She had her 2 kids running around in the lobby. Not professional at all. Could have had the same experience at a knights inn
Two things , 1 we waited in the loby for 45 min , for kayak to upload. 2 this was a motel ... It's been walled off and redone into a hotel. The doors and general layout suck & so does the general fit and Finish. Breakfast was nice and the room was clean. Staff was real nice.
I was driving through Memphis so the location is perfect so I did not have to take a detour. The bed was comfy and clean. The room was very dirty, we found a hair band that wasn't ours. The bathroom smelled bad and the carpet seemed that hadn't been vaccumed for a while. On top of that the staff didn't seemed to like to help with simple questions like changing the payment form. You should better pay like 10 more bucks and spend your night in a way better hotel.
Registration staff was good. Room was average clean, but could not make it dark for sleeping. Breakfast was ok. Impossible to get room dark enough to sleep. Oddly, the room had a large picture window looking out into brightly lit hallway. Light seeped in all night. Woke up to use bathroom during the night and discovered the entire bathroom floor was covered with water. A bad way to wake up. Appeared to be a leak in the toilet somewhere. Breakfast was OK, but biscuits were very hard. Would not recommend.
Room was in great need of remodeling.
Comfortable beds. Nice free breakfast. Pool not uncovered yet (March). Fitness room too hot, older running machine creaked.
My friend and i were socializing in Memphis, and i remembered when we stayed at the Ramada once before...we did notice on this stay an upgrade...the stairs are not outside anymore...they are closed in, and we felt safe..Good Job on that!!! We will visit again for sure.
Food was bland. Bed was not comfortable. Was worried about the car.
Desk personnel were helpful and friendly. The person who checked us in was instrumental in helping us fix a reservation mix-up that was not the fault of the Ramada. Breakfast hostess was hospitable. Selections were sufficient. We'd stay there again for an overnight. Some noise in the hall late at night which was not the fault of the Ramada. Coffee was lacking in flavor. Place was a little hard to find using the address in our GPS, so I'd recommend getting the most convenient exit number from the hotel's website or with a phone call.
Close proximity to Graceland. Breakfast included. No hot water for shower or sink.
Nothing! Very bad. Very dirty, the air conditioned didn't work in our room. We found blood stains, not from us, on our blankets and a bug on the pillow. I am usually understanding and the last to complain, but this was awful.
Small indoor pool, and outdoor pool. Attached Bar has great staff, good prices, spacious, and has events like karaoke on certain days. Nice size rooms with mini fridge and comfy bed. Not in the best location, but transportation to downtown Memphis and Beale St. is only about $5 a person flat rate.
So clean, comfortable, nice and accommodating Nothing
Location, just off highway; Mexican restaurant; price. Stains in ceiling over shower; poor shower head; cold breakfast.
Room and shower were both very clean. Staff was very friendly No negatives.
Everything was good, front desk less then 2 minutes , easy to park room was nice, clean , Big Bed slept good Casino was a lil load, but New years Eve

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful! It made waking up a treat. I enjoyed having a queen size bed since I had to share it with my sister. The bed and beddings were very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower wasn't very good and when the shower steamed the bathroom mirror you could see that it had not been cleaned as there were people's names clearly written on the mirrors, so it made me wonder just how clean the bathroom was?
Staff, breakfast, and comfortable bed
The staff was very friendly...even gave my two waters for free when I didn't have cash to pay, just debit for the $2 charge! Rooms were nice and everything was clean. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate.
Food & hospitality of workers It was not luxury at all. If it had not been for it being handicap accessible I would have rather spent the money getting two rooms at the Ramada or Claron. The furniture was beat up & worn. I was shocked to see Comfort Suites look like & feel this way.

I like the location and the friendliness of the staff and also the guest. The room was very clean. And really enjoyed the breakfast every morning. I didn't like the noise over my head and next door to me with the other guest. It was alot of children running in the hallway. And alot of bumping on the wall and ceiling from the other guest.
It was a wonderful place to stay while we were in town for a family funeral. The breakfast was great and the hotel was close to the places we needed to go to.
I liked the size and layout of the room, and the lobby - breakfast area. Staff was great. Sofa needed a cleaning. Location was good, but with all the construction I missed my exit. Had to stop for directions, was directed back through a very iffy area!
Our reserved no smoking room was cancelled. they called us to let us know about it As our no smoking room got cancelled we have to take a no smoking room. Had to take it coz we dont want any hassle to call expedia. And it was 9pm already. Cant sleep that night coz of the smoke smell
Price Dirty. Outdated. Musty smell. Pictures very misleading.
Not the nicest Super 8 we have stayed at, but it was still a good value for the cost. Clean and they even have waffles and cereal available for breakfast (which my kids were happy about). The beds were comfortable, but one pillow was really hard and one was soft. This Super 8 is an older hotel so it isn't as nice as some of the newer Super 8s I have stayed in. The hallways smelled like smoke (but our room didn't).
The room was clean and bright and had everything I needed for my stay. I am relocating for work and this was a perfect waystation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The WiFi connection was not great.
Good location if you want to go gambling. Strong perfume or fragrance smell.
It was clean and comfortable. I'm not sure how long that will last but right now it's fine. The Continental breakfast was just cereal and muffins. The staff was friendly though. First room's key didn't work for some reason so I had to go get another one, so he just gave me another room instead. Not a big deal though.
It was an exceptional deal fo rthe quality of the room. Usually when selecting a hotel within a minimum budget, one can expect to get a room of poor quality. This room was clean, updated, and the service was excellent! Kudos to Homegate Inn & Suites West Memphis!! :)
Very good value for the money, included a small continental breakfast, right of the interstate which is great for driving cross country Hard to find, most GPS will take you down Ingram, but it is actually on the Ingram extender. Staff were decent, but humorless, nothing but bare minimum of interaction encouraged, which is fine.
I do like that the hotel was clean, no complaints about the rooms themselves. The price was also very reasonable. The area was not the best. When you walk into the lobby they have glass between you and the person behind the counter. They also had it setup so they could lock the door and you could talk to them through a window, like at a gas station when you're in a shady area at night. It did not give me the feeling of safety to say the least.
Nothing Lots, Poor quality linen, thread bare towels, not enough of them. No coffee maker in room, no hair dryer. Microwave door rusted to rat shit. Could not use.
Location is convenient, fair quality/price. Standard motel. Breakfast included means black coffee + doughnut no more. 1 night stay to have a look at Beale Street.
easy to get off interstate a dive...cheap in looks..cheap in rooms...stairs leading upstairs were rotting out
Very comfortable, quiet and staff were pleasant. Had the do not disturb sign out, so staff did not come back to clean and bring fresh towels, had to get them myself. But all in all a very nice stay. The maintenance man even helped me with an issue with my car. Thanks!
Room was dirty. Furnishings were old. Room smelled. Carpets were woreout and should have been replaced long ago. Rooms are way over priced. Morning breakfast was very limited. Would not stay here again.
nice and quiet. No loitering. Clean big rooms with microwave and fridge. Breakfast in morning. Nice hot waffles!! Looking for a lot for your buck then visiting the quality inn you will not be disappointed! Great friendly staff!!!
The only good thing is that the shower was hot, the stuff friendly. The carpet had disgusting stains on it that looked like somebody got killed in there. The beds were dirty. The tv was covered in dust. The door didn't close completely. It's super load (which was totally fine with me). So if you only want to stay for a night and just want to sleep and then leave immediately than you can pick this hotel.
The hotel was recently remodeled. The beds are comfy and the showers was hot. The hotel is located in a pretty sketchy area. While at the hotel there was an abundance of drug activity. And the smell of marijuana was constant. On one of the nights some of the guest got into a verbal/physical altercation early in the morning.
Staff was friendly, cheap rate Everything else. Dirty room, damp carpet, hairs on the bed and in the shower, TV had some sort of goo on the screen, bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the room smelled bad.

The AC was cold !!!! Person at the desk was very unhappy we booked online .... Was not helpful at all ....
The room wasn't the one I reserved and it smelled horrible of cigarette smoke and I got charged more when I got there because I wasn't given the option to choose more people
Room nice and owners/staff were extremely nice and made me feel welcome.
Nothing The check out went horrible, the clerk yelled at me and called me a liar in front of my children. I will never stay at a best western again.
Nice room. Clean. Absolutely no effort to clear the parking lot or sidewalks of snow and ice. Walkways were ice covered right up to the door. Hotel is hidden behind a huge truck stop. GPS couldn't find it.
