I like the 2 separate sleeping spaces and kitchen with amenities. The downstairs closet door in our unit needs to be repaired, put the door on track, as it wouldn't close all the way. Also there's a lovely fireplace but no wood! Most people don't travel with this nor know where to find this. Each unit should have a few logs in case they would like to utilize the fireplace (and instructions on how to get this started).
Full kitchenette, studio apartment style Found a wasp in our room. It's too cold for them to be outside. Construction that was going on took up some of the parking spaces nearest to our room. There is no change machine in the laundry facilities, so you better bring a bunch of quarters!
Friendly & attentive staff, quick check in & out. Breakfast was good and plentiful with a variety of choices. Wierd smokey smell in hallways. Tub stopper did not work, but with much fiddling with a letter opener, we fixed it ourselves.
Entrance door on side of building could not be locked. I was concerned about unwanted people being able to enter building.
The room was well appointed, clean and offered much for the price making it an excellent value. The breakfast was handy, nutritious, well tended to and we appreciate that it is part of the price. Having a clean microwave-refrig and coffeemaker was great. The Comfort Inn is reliable and a very nice place to stay. I did not like the coffee but the breakfast was good. The coffee offered in the room was pretty good.
Everything was very clean. Excellent staff and comfort.
Nice rooms, good breakfast. Waffle maker not turned on first morning we had breakfast.
cleaning staff does not do a very good job
The check in and check out was effortless. The hotel was quiet in spite of being full. We were on the 1st floor and found out accidentially that our windows were not locked. Outside first floor doors were propped open. Both these issues posed a security concern for us. Powdered eggs at breakfast were inedible.
The rooms were VERY clean and that is the most important thing to me. The bed was comfortable and cozy. I would definitely give your motel an A rating. The woman at the front desk wouldn't smile back at me but she was not rude. Just very quiet.
Warm, inviting room. Reasonable basic, hot breakfast. Quiet surroundings. Jeremiah on Friday very friendly and courteous. Fridge did not work and they did not fix it for our second night stay. That is my only negative.
hotel was nice and staff was very friendly and helpful
The price was very affordable The room smelled like cigarette smoke, which caused our clothes to smell this way for the next week. It was not a clean room. For a one night stay, it was fine. I would have not stayed there more than one night.
Convenience Bad mattresses. Overpriced.
The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond for us. Room service was affordable and delicious. The gym was great and offered cardio as well as weight machines AND free weights. The room was very clean, bed was sleep number. The view of downtown was perfect. Nothing. Everything was great!
The staff was helpful. The rooms were very clean. The weight room was acceptable. Pool was nice but sauna wasn't very hot. It took 30 minutes to break a sweat. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
Hot water never really got hot hurry up and wait
Nice lobby Poor service and terrible front desk
Nice place but a bit outdated for the price.
Gorgeous facility Spa closed to early on Saturday and closed on Sunday.
Staff was absolutely 100% accommodating- all requests were met and they went above and beyond to assist with all our needs Parking - $12 / a night -- if this was Boston or NYC I would have expected this --- but this is Manchester NH --- need a way to get over this surcharge.
Staff was highly accommodating. Kind enough to remove two accidental wifi charges as well as opening the gift shop after hours in order for me to purchase headphones.
It was a nice stay at a very good price. A little disappointing that the restaurant was way across the parking lots - at least a 5 minute walk or a drive in the rain.
Front end customer service (Igor) very professional and nice. Enjoyed my goody bag as a rewards member. Room was comfortable and clean. Pillows were a little to fluffy for my liking I forgot my own.
Friendly staff. Room clean and inviting. Continental breakfast very nice.
very clean, great staff and breakfast. nothing
Good value. Nice free breakfast Outdated hotel.
I found the staff excellent, and interested in providing a friendly atmosphere.
The breakfast was great every morning! Pool was fun, along with workout room and arcade/game room. Service was excellent. My room was next door to the breakfast area, and sound was never a problem. Free cookies and coffee all day/night, too! Pets were allowed as well, and it didn't seem like there were breed restrictions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
When we checked in the staff had everything prepared for us, I just had to show id and sign a paper. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room was perfect. It had a medium sized refridgerator and a microwave, and a large flat screen tv. The beds were very comfortable! We will definitely return!! i had mixed feelings about the breakfast. I was pleased with the selection but even before 7am the potatoes and pancakes were cold. However, there is a waffle making station and lots of pastries and different cereals.
Courtesy and helpfulness of the staff; clean room; nice breakfast; convenience to airport. Passing by smoking rooms on the way to elevator. Perhaps they should be placed at the end of the hallway.
It was very nice and clean and had a nice pool work out area.
Good location near downtown. Only ten minutes from the airport. Fridge and microwave in room. Totally on their game for park-and-fly. Clean. Morning staff was nice. Mystery meat sausage and mystery danish makes breakfast exciting. Evening staff was a little grumpy.
The beds were comfortable. It was clean and not too expensive for the overnight we needed at the last minute. There weren't many channels on the tv, but we put a fire scene on the screen instead. Plenty of outlets and a large bathroom. The power went out in the middle of the night. We woke up to a cold and dark room. The bathroom was pitch black due to the layout -- the light from the window wouldn't reach the toilet/shower area. The only compensation was to open a frequent customer account (for free) and receive 1000 points (6000 points is one free night).
It was clean friendly enjoyed my stay Na
This hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was a great value for our money and we enjoyed our stay. Our daughter enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the soft beds and ample breakfast buffet. Overall we were very happy with our accommodations.
I can be a nit picker at times yet there is not one thing I would change about LA Quinta! Checking out:(
It was unexpectedly clean, quiet and neat. Not something you'd expect from a La Quinta at a city, especially at the price we paid for booking last minute on the day of the stay. It's a smoke-free environment, and good for kids. We saw plenty of families when checking out. The queen beds were pillow tops. The room could use a bit more lighting, as it is more of a dimmer, romantic looking setting at night. I like bright lights, but thats just me. The bathroom had a multifunction shower head that was pretty neat. Didn't get to check out the pool area though. The staff was efficient and very nice. We found this place at night when it was pitch dark with no problems (we had GPS on our phones to guide us). It's located about 5-10min from Amoskeag Falls and its actually right next to a fishing site that we didn't have time to explore. Overall, it was a unexpectedly pleasant and great stay. I'd recommend this to all visitors. Nothing
Friendly clean comfortable room. I could hear the people in the next room over. Not very sound proof.
Great location, good value for your money, clean and comfortable.
Upon check in we had dirty tissues on floor, pubic hair in tub, my jacuzzi tub didn't work. Several calls required to get sheets for the crib . management didnt charge for room service to make ip for it. Beds were extremely comfortable. House keeping needs to step it up...should be spotless for the money you're charged.
All the amenities Bathroom shower could have been cleaner
The location is great. The staff was slow to respond to requests. They mistakenly gave me the wrong room. Not a big deal. I called the front desk to ask about getting into the right room. It took over an hour to correct.
Facilities were modern and updated. Indoor pool and outdoor pool. The place looks like a castle. The carpet in our room needed to be vacuumed. The pools were both dirty, cloudy and had stuff floating in the outdoor pool. The cleaning staff didn't restock our towels and I had to request some from the front desk. We got they at 10:30pm.
The checkin & out was seemless & excellent since I was out at 0 dark thirty, Two things; there were only 2 creamers for the coffee pods. C'mon, only 2 creamers and one doesn't usually see this unitl it's time to make the coffee. the 2nd item was a notice that "maintenance" was going to be done on certain floors and guests could expect diminished services. Since I was on one of those floors I would have been terribly annoyed at loss of any services especially when paying for ALL services. Luckily I was out before "diminished services" such as low water pressure etc.. transpired.
Check in was a breeze. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the towels were very soft, not like most hotels. Every time you took a shower the water would stop running two or three times and it took about a minute for the water to turn back on. On the first morning we called the front desk and they sent up a maintenance man extremely quick. He stated it was probably just air in the pipes, which was a valid explanation, except it happening everyday the four days we stayed there.
Nothing Beds were horrible , the alarm clock went off at midnight and we had no hot water and no bath tub
Looked great from the outside, like a huge castle. Stayed for 3 nights & never got room service. Went to front desk on 2nd night to ask for towels since we had used all ours & they said that they didn't have any but would send some up which never happened. The next day they said that they were too busy to provide room service because the hotel was full & they were very busy.
Clean, comfortable, friendly and pet friendly. One of the best Hampton Inns we have stayed at
Breakfast,Free Internet Access,Big room, very clean. Noisy in corner room first floor (Few meters from road junction).Poor TV programs assortment.
The location was great, not far from shopping. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The price was reasonable. No complaints, this is a great place to stay.
The breakfast was great The bed was comfortable The room was clean The staff were friendly N/A
The pool was great and breakfast was Ok. The ac in our room was so loud. It sounded like someone had a cell phone on a table and it was constantly vibrating. Woke me up at 6 am and couldn't get back to sleep. The shower was mouldy because the caulking had come loose in some spots. When I mentioned the loud ac to the lady at checkout she seemed unconcerned that I was upset. Next time I'll spend the extra money and stay across the street. Much nicer staff and much better rooms!
The location was good - close to freeway and major routes. There were some housekeeping misses.
the suite set up. We were in room 310 and there were no grab bars in the shower and the tub was somewhat slippery. I was not too thrilled getting in the second time so I had to put a towel on the floor of the tub. My husband called Joe and he said that is only the 2nd complaint they have had about that in 4 years. Didn't sound like he was too concerned. Also, we had booked for no down pillows and all of ours were. When requesting foam, we were told they had nothing else. We have asthma so they did a more thorough search (probably went to target and bought some)
Food was fairly good. Great choice, clean, and plenty if it. Refrigerator didn't work and when requested to check it, there wasn't a note and it still didn't work. Chose the hotel for it's having a pool, but it was closed for cleaning (which I know wasn't their fault, but was very disappointing because that was the reason I chose the hotel n
Nice and clean Very helpful employee at the front desk
This hotel was very clean, and I felt very safe in the location. The room was also clean, very spacious, and had ample desk space to get some work done. The breakfast had options for everyone from fruit and yogurt to oatmeal to waffles. There was also a large pool, which I didn't get to use but looked clean and spacious. The hotel staff didn't seem to know how to provide a receipt for a guest who booked online through a travel site. I got differing scenarios from both the agent I checked in with and out with.
Reported problem with our shower to front desk and no housekeeping for our room. They did nothing. Same problem next day, so we left for another hotel. Country Inn across the street was Great. Poor service even when you complain to front desk. Will contact Hilton.com to let them know about our poor experience. Also, beware if you book through KAYAK this hotel won't accept your frequent stay card or status, so no points and no upgrades.
We drove down to Manchester from our home in VT the night before flight during a storm. Everything was upfront, clean, and professional and we made it to our flight with no stress or complications. Nothing.
Free dinner/drinks on Monday and Thursday. The room was super nice and clean. The staff were pleasant and polite. Nothing!
The staff was extremely nice The mattress was SO uncomfortable
Much smaller than expected. Expected a suite as that was the description online. It was basically a hotel room with a bed and a couch. Ptetty small. Molding being held on by a piece of duct tape. I just don't get that as it could have just as easily been repaired the right was.
Staff helped with a nonrefundable third party booking when inbound flight was delayed. Didn't arrive in time to stay on the prepaid date. P. Line. Com was inflexible, but staff comped a room at a later date reasoning they'd already been paid for a room that was never occupied. How awesome. What a relief for a weary traveler. Nothing.
Love it's close to the airport and had food options in and around the hotel. Didn't have a menu for the diner in the room. I had to walk down and get one.
The shuttle was fast and convenient. The driver was friendly and helpful. Fast check in. Clean room. Fresh linen. All good!
It was a 90 degrees and the a/c did not work .
Very clean and friendly.
Easy check in. Fridge and micro wave in room. Very outdated..definitely a budget hotel . Not great value for the money, but convienently located for our use.
Front desk lady kindly moved me to a non-smoking room after I had originally been put in a smoking room. Room was outdated with ok quality linens and an old TV. Original smoking room I was in had cigarette burns on the comforter
Our shuttle driver on Saturday morning was super great, so friendly and helpful. I wished our room key would let us in from the side parking lot.
My search was for a hotel that had an airport shuttle and a free breakfast. I don't think this hotel should have been allowed to claim that they offered these things, as the shuttle was only available for limited hours and the breakfast was inadequate. The only protein source was yogurt. There was no peanut butter available due to state laws, but there could have been hard-boiled eggs or cottage cheese. At most they should be able to claim that they serve a continental breakfast.
Had a problem with blow dryer and it was replaced in a matter of a couple of hours. Very nice desk help and staff.
The proximity to the airport. The staff was generally crabby and not particularly helpful. The facilities need an upgrade and a good deep clean. Even the non-smoking floor still smelled of smoke. There was also an institutional food smell, like a hospital cafeteria. I would recommend trying a different hotel.
Close to airport We were put into a smoking room and the smell was terrible. The comforter had burn holes and so did the chair. There was construction right in front of the hotel that started at 6:45 am on a Saturday.
The interior/decor was spot on. The rooms were a great size and despite being near the regional airport, it didn't distract at all. Wonderful and helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay greatly and will return again if ever in the area.
Clean room Families Everywhere Was not able to sleep due to noise
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable, would stay there again. NotHong I can think of
My room was clean, warm, the employees were very nice and us of a few places to check out.
It was walking distance from where needed to be. Fairly loud on the first floor, not very good breakfast options. Wifi somewhat slow.
Our back window faced the field where the NH Fisher Cats play. They didn't have a game but the view was beautiful nonetheless. Free wine and cookies for happy hour was sweet, too, even though we didn't partake. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, scenic - total win. Nothing.
Hotel was clean and modern. Good location from verizon arena. House keeping kept beating on door in the morning, we were trying to catch up on sleep and planning on a late checkout.
Location * Cleanliness was a 1/10, hair everywhere in bathroom upon arrival. * Had to cary dinner up from bar to room on a tray, in which someone bumped into me on elevator and everything was ruined. It was never asked to be brought up via room service.
The room was extremely comfortable. I arrived very late and wished checking out would have been later to catch up on some sleep.
My wife and I spent our wedding night at Stonehenge in their premium suite, Venice, with a large Jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and spacious seating, in November 2013. We had a wonderful experience with Stonehedge, and superior service, and decided to return there this year for our one year anniversary. It was a quiet Thanksgiving night, but again the service was superb, the room in excellent condition, and this time we were able to better take advantage of the on-site facilities. At the pool, hot tub, and sauna complex at the spa, we were the only patrons, and enjoy the quiet swimming soak. The spa is small, with four rooms, but in the morning my wife had a Vino massage with their masseuse, who is extremely talented, and she had a great experience. At breakfast at the Left Bank restaurant, there were few groups at first the day after Thanksgiving, but arrived in numbers later on. We both had the three egg omelette with home fries and toast: it was delicious, with hearty thick cut applewood bacon, and filling for a high-class restaurant at a reasonable price. We left a good tip. It's definitely a place we would come back to you in the future should we be in the area or wish to reminisce. Just a few minor thing that could be improved: I had a music playlist prepared, but the music dock only excepted the old connectors for iPhones, not the newer. On the whole, as my wife and I discussed it, we found this to be an excellent place for an anniversary, luxurious, quaint, romantic. The king Jacuzzi rooms are extremely comfortable, with Sealy Posturepedic beds and comforters that make for an excellent nights rest. Tyngsboro Massachusetts is not a high octane destination, but for relaxation and a beautiful New England town, it is tops (after all, we were married here near the riverbank). All in all, the service of Stonehedge and staff was very high-quality, from servers to reception to spa stuff. All hoped to provide a good experience for us and their other customers. Thank you, Stonehedge for a memorable anniversary!
