This conveniently located condo is well staffed and equipped to provide you with everything that you need for a worry-free and pleasant stay in the Twin Cities. Located on the second floor of a newly built condominium complex, this exquisite property stands out because of its many popular amenities. For relaxing after a busy day, there is a swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna as well as a home theater where you can catch your favorite movie. With 860 square feet, this condo has a balcony, extra office space, and laundry and for your convenience, a lower level garage for easy parking. Luxurious in every way, this apartment is also conveniently located two blocks from the Blue Line light rail station for efficient transit north to downtown Minneapolis, south to the Mall of America, and newly east to the attractions of downtown St. Paul. Also close to Minnehaha Park, Minnehaha Falls and several bike trails, this condo allows you to enjoy the best outdoor recreational activities that the Twin Cities have to offer. Beautifully decorated entire 3 bedroom home located only a few blocks from the lightrail in the Longfellow neighborhood of Minneapolis. Experience city living without the stress of busy streets and parking in this classic home full of natural sunlight. Only blocks from award winning "a Bakers Wife" donuts, beautiful natural scenery of the Mississippi River Parkway, Minnehaha Falls, the lightrail, and Peace coffee. Relax in the evening with s'mores out by the fire or cuddle up with a book in the sunny reading nook! There's plenty of space for family game time or movie night in the spacious living room. Seclude yourself in the spacious and peaceful master bedroom. Home is also within a couple miles of "Mel-o-glaze" donuts (my favorite ever), Dogwood coffee, downtown Minneapolis, the Lakes and Uptown, Mall of America, Hi Lo Diner, Tiny Diner, Italian Eatery, The Howe, and Sea salt eatery.

This classic 1BR Craftsman bungalow has been updated for comfortable modern living. It has the original, honey-colored oak floors and textured plaster walls, with dining room, an open floor plan, and high-speed Internet access. Located in the wonderful Longfellow neighborhood of Minneapolis, it is within easy walking distance of the Mississippi River and East Lake Street, including coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores all less than a mile away. You will have easy access to the University of Minnesota (3 miles), downtown Minneapolis (5 miles), downtown Saint Paul (9 miles) and the Mall of America (8 miles). The airport is 15 minutes away. Drive downtown along the Mississippi River (4 blocks from Stadium) without hitting a stoplight! Sleeps 4 (including fold-out sofa in living room). For those without a car, we are located within a few blocks of several bus routes that connect seamlessly to the Hiawatha/Blue Line light rail, which runs downtown and to the airport. Bicyclists can ride for miles on dedicated bike trails that take you downtown and to the University of Minnesota in 20 minutes. Amenities include: -Full-size bed in bedroom -Ceramic bath -Fully equipped kitchen, including toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker -High-speed wireless Internet -IKEA fold-out sofa bed in living room. There is no smoking of any kind on the property. Location is also perfect for relocating employees, visiting faculty and post-grads at the University of Minnesota. Discounted rates for weekly and monthly stays.
