The manager, David, did try accommodate for how busy they were and that my car was not ready, despite being on time for my appointment.Cons:
It took 45 minutes to get my rental. There were 10 people waiting and only 2 employees. They did not have a car ready for me. After waiting even longer, they were able to find me a car. The vehicle did not have a full tank. I returned it with a full tank, but was given no credit for it.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They were fast. Maybe that’s because they were pulling a bait and switch. This is the first time I have ever had to write a negative review about anything, I feel if it’s not egregious then most things can be overlooked. This was egregiousCons:
