The manager, David, did try accommodate for how busy they were and that my car was not ready, despite being on time for my appointment.Cons:
It took 45 minutes to get my rental. There were 10 people waiting and only 2 employees. They did not have a car ready for me. After waiting even longer, they were able to find me a car. The vehicle did not have a full tank. I returned it with a full tank, but was given no credit for it.Avis
