The 15 passenger Chevy rode nice, had great power for the road and most of all was awesome on gas mileage! Couldn't be happier.Cons:
The luggage space doesn't compare to the Transit. If you are filling the seats with people, there isn't any luggage space.10.0 Wonderful

The returned the deposit in a timely manner, only about 3 or 4 days after I returned the car. And as the title says, newer car, great gas mileage, no fuss, in and out of the shop in minutes.Cons:
Not a whole lot of con's. I enjoyed the car. Staff was friendly. In and out in minutes. Not really anything poor to report.8.0 Very good

You deducted fee plus deposit money immediately out of my account but too two days for to credit me my deposit. Seems quite unfair !Easirent

Max (manager) was very helpful with the rental and there at both pick up and drop off. Good value for the price.9.2 Wonderful

Pros:
1. When I picked up the vehicle, the representative said that I couldn't return it on Sunday, as they were closed. I told him that I already paid and that we would drop off the car late Sunday afternoon when we were back in town. The rep seemed to push to charge me for another day but finally backed off. He said that they would never allow me to return it on Sunday. That was a plus since I had to return to work early the next morning. 2. The vehicle responded well as we drove in the hills of PA. Good gas mileage. I liked the automatic lift gate. 3. The men in the family were comfortable as they both large in stature. 4. I could hear everyone well instead of the whirring tire noise that we would hear if we took my car.Cons:
1. The vehicle had sport features, which we weren't used to using. We had a couple of interesting experiences with the shift paddles on the steering wheel. 2. It was not the SUV I thought we rented but it sufficed.6.0 Okay
