Pros: everything was cleaned. enjoyed my stay. did not get to go to pool or hot tub or walk around. TV was a bit to manage, to many buttons. The neighbors upstairs where kinda noisey... Pros: Cheap price for a large room. Easy access and a nice location.
Cons: Getting run down and showing signs of its age. The rooms could use a little bit of updating and maintenance. Pros: The location was good. I liked that the trolley car came and picked you up right at the hotel. I also liked that they have a lot of things for the kids to do and they have BBQs. The maids were also very accommodating and friendly.
Cons: I didn't like getting there and seeing that they were charging $75 a night when I had paid $116 on Kayak. As we were leaving the price went to $49. :/ I also didn't like the damp carpet. It looked and felt like someone had mopped the carpet and it never dried...

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's convenient, quiet and has easy access to local restaurants and the beach.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room we were in, Unit 40, was a bit dated as far as furnishings and the bathroom. However, fully functional and very cozy. We loved this room, especially the powder blue toilet and bath tub. It was like staying at Grandma's when were kids. Highly recommended. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, plenty of parking, location is close to all the shops and restaurants on Rt 1, water pressure was out standing.
Cons: Not that we didn't like it, but we had trouble figuring out the electric heat. In retrospect we should've called the front desk for help. Also if leaving the property and taking a left, be patient, traffic is known to be challenging on Rt 1.

Pros: The ease of checking in, the friendliness of the staff, the CLEANLINESS of my suite, the comfort of the suite, the decor of the suite. I also greatly appreciated the complete provision of necessities like kitchen dishes, lots and pans, bathroom towels and shampoo/soap/ conditioner; hangers in closets, etc. My 10 days at Elmwood were a getaway to work on a favorite hobby, scrapbooking, and I was very appreciative of being supplied with a wonderful large worktable. At night, when I would relax, I really appreciated having a tv in the bedroom.
Cons: My suite was so luxurious, I never left it to go to the pool! Seriously, what's not to like? This is my fourth stay and won't be my last.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and spacious. Indoor and outdoor pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Felt like home away from home. WiFi was strong enough to stream movies from Netflix and play online games. Came with a fully stocked kitchen (utensils, wine opener, ice tray, bowls ect.). Was very pleased
Cons: No hot tub. Could hear other guests walking around in the room above us

7.7 Good
Pros: Location was nice. Surround by stores and things to do and a decent short walk to the beach. Quiet Motel. I would suggest it for couples/business/or just adults. Not much at the Motel besides a tv, so I’d be prepared to do stuff elsewhere. It’s basic and good.
Cons: The beds suck unless you like very firm and uncomfortable beds. It’s probably good for a couple days but a week like I stayed was way to long for me personally on those beds. Only the WiFi was pretty crappy so don’t go there if that’s something you need.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They were very friendly and helpful!

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, good breakfast, beautiful sitting room.
Cons: The room was not properly insulated. When the elephants were not parading during the night, the flushing of the toilet was so loud that it sounded like the noise came from our bathroom. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well kept, organized, great location
Cons: There was not one thing I didn’t like about the property.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely rooms with the most comfortable bed. Nicely appointed.
Cons: It is not a dislike, but there is no direct access to the ocean. However, you are only a minute's drive from Perkins Cove. It is on one of the prettiest streets in the city.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location just a couple of minutes from Marginal Way (worth visiting Ogunquit for on its own), beautiful rooms and very friendly staff.
7.1 Good
Cons: The hotel walls are super thin and we could hear everything outside and in the rooms next to us. There wasn’t enough room to sit for breakfast
9.0 Excellent
Cons: Building just looked at other buildings and windows of other rooms. No real "green" space.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room, decorated in elegant and fresh style. Pretty quiet, very clean and super comfortable. Traffic noise didn't bother us at all, especially with the AC on. We wished we were able to stay more than one night! Close enough to walk to the beach and if you're not used to walking, a trolley stop nearby. Definitely want to stay here again the next time we come up to Maine.
Cons: Wished they offered pastries or fruit in the mornings, though they probably don't because the Maine Diner is so close.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Staff was very nice. Close to beaches.
Cons: Lumpy mattress. Floor tilted so much that you rolled into center of mattress.
6.0 Good
Pros: Our room was clean and very cozy
Cons: We had a later check in, 8:00 pm so door was looked and had to call the posted number. Was told key was in the mail box. And no one in lobby when left at 8:00 so put key back in envelope it came in on the front desk.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Room was cute, with Garden Theme. Very nice to have sliding door out to shared balcony. In the morning the sun was on our side of the building, which made it very comfortable and bright. Within walking distance to grocery store, room had refrigerator and wine glasses for our use. Nice touch.
Cons: No complaints.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: I loved the little touches....note....flowers.....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Owner was great. Very friendly and so nice.
Cons: Nothing, everything was great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room clean, fast check in. Friendly staff.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: I was a returning guess (2 years ago I went there in a nice big room on the superior floor) and I was surprised to see the downgrading of the place in 2 years. Noisy: this time I was in a room on the ground floor. Avoid this if you want to sleep ! It looks like they organized a tap contest on the floor above me, each time someone was walking, my room was shaking. The ice machine is super noisy and each time it produce ice it is like something is collapsing in the building and you wake up Not well maintained: several holes and black stains on the walls, on the furniture (worn out), bathtub worn out and need to be replaced Not Clean: I discovered strange black stuff in my bed, I bring them at the reception (nobody was there). In the morning the owner told me that was only leaves (that was not the case, for sure) that fall from the A/C and that was just normal . She never apologize and when I was contesting this was leaves and that they should clean the A/C that just above the bed she advise me to go another place next time. ! Bathtub was also not clean as well as walls. Staff / owner: absent from 19.00, you find your key in the mail box, that's it. And in the morning you may eventually see the owner if she is at the front desk. And obviously she will treat you nicely only if you tell her positive thing about the place. Localization (as mentioned on booking): on the main road and far away from the beach, downtown. In a nutshell: avoid the ground floor room, and room with A/C above the bed, bring earplug, and avoid weekend stay as price are far too high for what they offer.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was an excellent stay, the bed was perfect.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the room was SO clean! The staff was friendly. We would stay here again.
Cons: The location on right on route 1 is a little noisy. The porch lights were left on all night and the curtains on the sliding glass door weren't blackout, so our room was illuminated all night....
7.0 Good
Pros: Bed very comfy. Convenient location.
Cons: Found 1 long hair on sheets (could have been from maid, so not too concerned) could use rubbish barrel in bedroom, didn’t have any clocks or clock radio (I’m sure it would have been provided if I asked for one), could have used a box of tissues instead of using toilet paper for my runny nose. Bedside table is wicker and can see crud within it .... I was skeeved to put anything edible on top of it ... they should invest in a sheet of glass or plexiglass to place on top. Heater didn’t seem to have a thermostat (or it didn’t work well) so it was hot. No closet, but had clothes apparatus which was inconveniently located above bedside table (futile).

9.1 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms, good value, exceptional staff. Free continental breakfast
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We got the “premium room,” whatever that means. The room was large and clean. The layout of the bathroom was nice and efficient with the extra sink and mirror outside.
Cons: The beds, which are the most important part of any hotel room, is old and crappy. Otherwise I would give this place five stars. No elevator meant multiple trips to the car for luggage. Not that big of a deal, but it was raining hard when we were there.

Pros: First, our room was upgraded at least a couple of levels to a 2 floor townhouse. Everything was very clean, either new, or at least very well kept up! The location was perfect, at one end of Marginal Way, and very close to the center of town.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was not available but coffee was!
Cons: The parking lot filled before we got home one evening. We told the very hospitable and accommodating staff the next morning. They told us that there should have been enough spots and where we could park on the property if this occurred again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and a great location to get around the town walking. Regardless, I would stay hear again.
Cons: The only thing I would do different is with an upstairs bedroom it would be convenient to have an upstairs bathroom....much easier on poor knees.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: location

Pros: The room and staff were impeccable! Great area to be in.
Cons: Next time we go we will definitely request a top floor. People upstairs were quite noisy with continuous walking around- late , during the night and early in the morning right up to the time we left.

Pros: Who doesn't love Ogunquit?? It is a very family-friendly, accepting of all, kind of town. Right on the ocean, lots to do and lots of great restaurants... AND it has the Front Porch, awesome piano bar!
Cons: Our room was a tiny bit water-damaged and musty smelling. I would consider this a fluke, however, as the room we stayed in last year was terrific!
