Pros: The friendliness of the staff. They where great!
Cons: Pool closes to early.
Pros: i liked the decour and the willing to help us out.
Cons: No pool as it was under maintenance and that was the only reason we came to a hotel. wish we got a heads up on it.
Pros: Very clean rooms. Super comfortable beds. Pool/hot tub very nice.
Cons: The price of the hotel should include breakfast. We did not eat at the hotel because of the $12.00 breakfast charge.
Pros: Large room, very comfortable beds, quiet.
Cons: Communication with staff. Refrigerator not working. Toilet backed up. No extra toilet paper.'Do Not Disturb' sign missing twice. Breakfast not included, menu confusing.
Pros: Very good for the price we paid, free parking, pool, quite and clean, Good location outside of NYC. Staff was efficient and nice, accomodating for our two young kids. You could open the windows
Cons: AC a little noisy but usual, no view.
Cons: Bathroom door was a sliding barn panel, not private . Hot tub was cold and jets were terrible.
Pros: Nice inviting hotel, well decorated, plenty of amenities.
Pros: looks newly built hotel, clean, modern room
Pros: I had a great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. they had a wedding that weekend and made sure all other guest were not disturbed. I had a issue with electric on one wall they were helpful getting to another room quickly.
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. We ate dinner in their restaurant, and it was well prepared and tasty. Their free breakfast was excellent.
Pros: Room was clean
Cons: Room was small and many basic amenities were missing such as shampoo
Pros: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This was a brand name hotel amongst several shady hotels that were close to my meetings. I'll stay at a full service hotel and drive further next time.
Cons: Slept with my clothes on to avoid contact with the room as much as possible. Extremely thin walls - it seemed to be an old apartment complex that was converted to a hotel - the front desk was in what I assume used to be the clubhouse.
Pros: Nice Staff, well designed room for an extended stay hotel
Cons: There were a couple things in the room that weren't particularly well kept, e.g. loose shower curtain rail, broken light bulbs, broken closet sliding door.
The grounds were filthy...garbage piled outside the door..nice touch. The ac must be centrally controlled as the room became very hot and stuffy during the night.
Pros: It was convenient to where we needed to go.
Cons: We asked the girl at the front desk if the hotel used a specific uber person. She said yes, 20 dollars each way to the local pub. We downloaded and utilized uber ourselves and paid 5 dollars each way.
The hallways could be vacuumed and cleaner.
Pros: Close to our destination.
Cons: The noise level from truck traffic was intense! Sound proofing the rooms would enhance guests stay. The room is overpriced for the quality provided.
Pros: location and layout of the rooms and access to parking facilities.
Cons: Toilet overflowed and the bathroom door squeaked loudly...
Pros: Nice clean room. Good comfortable bed. Good looking grounds. The place looks kept up--well taken care of.
Cons: Eggs at breakfast were not hot or even warm but breakfast was mostly decent. Pool could have been open even though it was May 17. I would have used it. Windows only open 2 inches and I like fresh air.
Pros: Rooms had lots of space closets and mirrors. Nice layout.
Cons: Walking outside in the new jersey weather to get a cup of milk or coffee for breakfast in the morning is incredibly inconvenient.
They did offer free breakfast, but unfortunately I slept too late to take advantage of it! And that was due to the extremely comfy bed. I loved the suite, it was more like an apartment and could have happily stayed there much longer.
Pros: Gorgeous layout and design, very friendly and accomodating customer service, and incredibly clean and well maintained!
Cons: Nope. Not a thing. I was extremely impressed.
Pros: I liked how friendly the staff was in helping me to find my way around town.
Everything was wonderful from the staff to the grounds everything was just wonderful!!!!!!
Pros: IF THERE WAS SOMETHING HIGHER THAN A TEN ID PUT IT UP HERE!!!!
This is not a destination hotel. It is a quiet, relaxing, out of the way hotel. We stayed here because it was the closest hotel to a nearby relative. We were very pleased with our stay.
Pros: The hotel was clean, quiet and convenient. The morning breakfast was nice.
Cons: The bedding for the pull-out couch was mismatched and old. They did not replace our coffee that I used in the room and had to go down to get it from the reception.

Pros: All the things I want in a business hotel -- quick check in, clean room without signs of prior guest, a desk to York at with several plugs for charging things, decent wifi and an acceptable ( far from great) concierge.
Cons: Concierge good but with a little effort and money could be much better. Was definitely better quality food and more variety before this hotel changed owners a year ago or so.
Pros: The place was clean and the staff was friendly.
Cons: It was a complete ripoff. They charge luxury prices for a generic hotel abutting the Garden State Parkway. Nothing is included with your stay and 'incidentals' such as food, drinks, and internet are exorbitant. You can pay half as much and get far more at most hotels.

Pros: Paper thin walls. You hear EVERYTHING including The opening and closing of the extremely loud bathroom doors. the DJs in the downstairs club may as well have been in my bedroom. But at least I had a lovely view of the cemetery
Pros: I had a mix up with date for discounted reservation. Hotel was very gracious in giving me a room that night for discounted rate. I was very pleased that they did that for me.
Pros: I really love how professional and friendly the staff is. Everyone greets you with a smile... The room was extremely trendy and the beds were so comfortable... The bathroom was very contemporary and towels were extra soft .. You get a pair of new slippers and a nice robe.. There was a keurig coffee maker and a glass refrigerator.. The pool was nice, clean and warm .. I would definitely stay here again and again..
Cons: No trash can in the room. Restaurant doesn't have a great dinner menu
Pros: Looked like it might be nice..
Cons: We specifically chose the place so we could relax in the hot tub/jacuzzi. It wasn't working and in fact that and other things were still under construction. One elevator didn't work. Restaurant seemed way too expensive. Feel like we got ripped off.
As the only upscale, boutique hotel with loft-style accommodations in Rockland County, The Time is a premiere destination for unrivaled, progressive luxury. We took an old factory warehouse and transformed it into cutting-edge lodging for creative souls and business travelers alike. It’s time to partake in awe-inspiring views from your accommodations, and rediscover fine dining at BV's Grill, the signature restaurant at the Time Nyack. Enjoy a leisurely dip in our heated pool. Host a picture-perfect celebration in our over 4,000 square feet of event space. All of this, close to New York City, Woodbury Commons, the Tappan Zee bridge, Westchester County and Hook Mountain State Park.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful cleaning staff. Rooms were clean.
Cons: Only one elevator that takes you to the wrong floor frequently. Always a line at the elevator forced most people to use the stairs. This is horrible considering there's only three floors. Tried to have breakfast in the lobby with my children at 8:00 am but the lobby was full of people pounding back beers. Power went out at one point at the hotel. I've stayed many times at Hampton Inns around the country and have come to expect a certain standard. I am usually very satisfied with my stay but these issues along with others left me very disappointed. Not the worst place I've stayed but not up to par with any Hampton Inns I've stayed in.
Pros: Fantastic Service!!!
Pros: Staff very helpful and polite
Pros: I enjoyed the room and comfort and the bathroom was really nice. Quiet and nice place to relax and some places around to go get food and a shopping area down the street. The breakfast was great and excellent with a waffle maker and sausage and eggs etc... Overall this was a great stay.
Cons: The only thing I did not care for was the bed not a fan of how it makes you sink in and the pillows were not that comfortable. Overall it was comfortable.
Cons: The check in staff member was not very nice but the check out person was great. I would give it a 5 star but the A/C was very very loud and we were not able to control it, it was running the whole day and night, bring the ear plugs
Pros: The kitchen in our room.
Cons: Taking out our own trash.
Pros: Very clean place and great staff
Cons: I miss the couch they use to have before. It looks like they only thing about one person not couple because they only have one chair I had to seat on the bed to eat, it was very uncomfortable. Whoever took that decision to remove the couch and put just one chair need to rethink about it.
Cons: TV wasn't working. I thought they would either deduct something from my bill or give me something towards next visit. I asked at the desk when I checked out but he ignored my request.
Pros: Location to access highway
Cons: General appearance needs updating
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Toilet had pee in it that wasn't flushed when I entered the room. The walls are thin and
I could hear the loud teen girl on the phone telling guys where her room was them I could hear them
In the room. I had to leave the tv on and AC on to drown out the noise. Bed was hard. Coffee maker
Had old coffee still in it. Not what I ecpected from "Hilton".
Pros: It was exquisite. Wish we had mire time to spend at the property.
Pros: young lady at evening reception (around 9ish) very welcoming and accommodating. I mean its 'hospitality' industry and so i appreciate when i feel welcome!..beautiful grounds
Cons: tv kinda small but otherwise nice place
Pros: great location / atmosphere.
Cons: older and needed some tlc.
Cons: I didnt like that the elevator was broken amd that my bathroom smelled and the house keeper just came and sprayed some freshener and when I came back to the room it still smelled horrible. I wouldnt reccomend to any one.
Pros: Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Staff was very friendly, attentive and extremely courteous. Couldn't be happier with this hotel selection.
Pros: Staff was very accommodating with a special request
Pros: The location was beautiful and convenient.
Cons: The room was small, furniture old. Shower tile moldy. A/C loud and hall noises kept us awake all night. Husband got food poisoning at hotel lunch, & front desk staff showed no concern & charged me for 2 aspirin & coke. Never staying here again!
Pros: Excellent location for my travel schedule. Accommodating staff. Comfortable bed/pillows. Lovely golf course view.
Cons: Handicapped room not requested. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Shower tiles and sink area required better cleaning/bleach. Windows very difficult to open for fresh air. Windows and frames dirty.
Pros: Lovely grounds, staff, good breakfast, nice rooms
Pros: It is set in a quiet locale
Cons: The bathroom wallpaper is peeling off, the party door to the adjoining room couldn't be properly locked at all, there was no refrigerator nor a microwave oven of any kind in the room, the windows were drafty, the decor wasn't modern, the chair was worn.
Pros: The staff was excellent
Cons: 1st put into handicapped room. Upon request they moved me into regular room, in morning I couldnt control the water temp and couldn't take a shower & couldn't turn water off. So couldnt shower before work. problem was later resolved when i returned.

Cons: Nickelodeon was not working. The pool was dirty
Cons: the Wi-Fi ishard to connect
Cons: I did not like that the bathrooms provide zero privacy with their windows on the bathroom doors. If anyone walked by the bathroom they could look in and see you going to the bathroom or taking a shower!
Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. It was also designed well.
Pros: The location was in a very nice area and the room was what I would expect from a Courtyard. The hotel overall was nice.
Cons: While the room itself was fine, there were a few major watchouts. There was a MAJOR stain on the large chair in the room (we left a note next to it) and the sheets also had a large stain/sweat ring (we had to get new sheets, it was gross).
Pros: Staff was great
Cons: They charge for coffee
Pros: Great staff
Cons: For what they offer for breakfast it should be free.
Pros: Everything seemed clean and relatively new.
Cons: The hotel needs better noise insulation. We could hear anything that happened in the hallway all night, and while in the shower I could hear the next guest over singing in his shower. The mattress was also as hard as the floor, but it was brand new.
Cons: They took my charge for incidentals, and then charged it for $20.to make sure it could be used and then credited it back 4 days later. I never had any hotel do this before.
Pros: The lobby and business center looked inviting but I didn't have time to use it.
Cons: The thermostat wasn't working and the room was cold. The only resolution was extra blankets. Also, the bathroom sink had hairs in it that definitely did not belong to me. There were hairs in those extra blankets, too.
Pros: Great location.
Cons: 2 night stay, shower was broke, said it would be repaired while we were out. Never happened. The pool was a bit slimey and only 4 feet deep. Super loud people in the hallway at 2 in the morning .
Pros: Clean, nice room, great clean bathroom with a huge vanity & mirror. Big TV, nice desk, nice sofa.
Cons: The hotel restaurant's bar was closed but it was pretty late, lol

Pros: For a nj location it felt like I was further away from a metropolitan area than I really was
Pros: Beautiful grounds and very nice room. Staff was very accomodating.
Cons: I've stayed here before in the summer and loved the outdoor restaurant/bar that was located near the pool. I was very sorry to learn that it is no longer open.
Pros: Hotel staff was super welcoming to my puppy, whom I would never travel without!
Cons: Value for the $$$$ Pillows were terrible Distance from Lobby to our room Coffee NOT available early in morning until 6:00 am
Pros: It was large hadnice facilities
Cons: Shower / tub did not drain well. Floors and fixtures looking dated/worn
Pros: Hotel was clean and comfortable. It was convenient to the highway. The room was very quiet and we were able to get a good night's sleep.
Cons: The breakfast buffet was $18 per person, which we were not told beforehand. The food was okay but not great. We should have gone to Panera across the street.
Loved it! Should be 4 star
Pros: Clean, updated and private
Pros: Friendliest and most professional hotel staff I've ever encountered. Rooms are luxurious!
Cons: Card Key Devices were finicky. Heating system was very noisy
Pros: The atmosphere of the hotel was very sophisticated.
My wife and I had 2 of our grandkids with us,5&6, they had a great time. I stay for business reason, they come to enjoy pool and work-out room and beds
Pros: indoor pool was great! nice work-out room, grandson loved it Bed was very comfy, nice pillows and crisp sheets. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: restaurant was to pricey for quality of food, there was nothing special about our meal, would not eat here again Coffee maker in room was broke, when we stayed there again and got same room, it was still broke. It would be nice if they had free breakfast
The beds were very comfortable, room was nice, any employee we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
Pros: I loved the pool. The lifeguard actually played with the kids and let them all have a great time. The water temp. was GREAT. So often you rent a room that advertises heated pool, but when you get there the pool is cold. Not the case with this one.
Cons: We ate in the hotel restaurant, price of the food was nothing special. I was really looking forward to an apple salad. It was not up to my expectations at all. My granddaughter ordered the pasta with sauce and it was so sour she wouldn't eat it.

Pros: Good location. Easy to find and easy to get to downtown. Although limited, provided a breakfast with juice. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: They were very full and could not change my room from a smoking to non-smoking room due to being full for the bridge construction employees. Not sure if it would have mattered. Hotel smelled like smoke.
All in all, good place for a single night due to location.

Cons: Truck noise as location is near major highway plus heard noise of people in room above me which kept me up until at least 3 am. No promised continental breakfast as everything was gone before 9am.
Cons: My list is long and I have photos of the conditions that were bad!
