Cleanliness
Pros: The price was a good value.
Cons: The rental was not clean inside. I brought this to the attention of the representative. She did some cleaning but it wasn't enough. Poor quality service. I cleaned the car before I used it on my trip. This was the job of Avis.

Pros: Very nice car, very manageable. The staff was extremely pleasant and handling the not enough help situation very well!
Cons: It took thirty plus minutes to get vehicle ready and get me on my way. i realize that they need more help. Only 2 people working at the counter. Not good!
