Pros:Pickup and drop off was easy and people friendly. Pick up area was tricky to find.Cons:I reserved an intermediate sedan and they tried to give me a compact car. Should stick to size reserved. But was quick to correct it so we had no issues.Reviewed Jan 22 2020

Pros:Staff was very friendly, both at pick up and drop off. Very efficient, little wait to pick up. Car was in good shape and easy to pick up and drive out.Cons:Interior of car could have been a bit cleaner (one or two spots needed a wipe with a damp napkin) but nothing egregious.Reviewed Dec 26 2019
