Not the best. When I picked up the vehicle, there were several scuffs, dings and damage to the vehicle. None of which was noted when I picked the vehicle up. I took pictures of all of them. Luckily I did pay for the additional insurance that covers dings, wheels, broken windows, etc. But it is giving SCAM. If I hadn't taken out the additional insurance they would have charged me for damages that were already incurred before I ever picked it up. Also, the wheels were deflated by 10lbs and I could NOT find a gas station that provided air or water. To refill them. This was dangerous and CARELESS. The truck itself was fine. Very big. A little hard to navigate with the narrow parking and roads in Hawaii/ Oahu. I would recommend getting a smaller vehicle... the Dodge Ram was overkill on size and gas mileage was not good either.Reviewed Aug 27 2024

I booked a car for pick up at 4:30 pm on 5/27/22. The honolulu airport budget seemed to have minimal cars available. I was told that even though I had a pick up time, it was going to be about an hour wait. Given the fact I had dinner plans, I had to cancel the reservation.
