As far as the customer service goes, it was bad 3 out of 4 times we had contact with them. You get what you pay for I guess. Better stick to other rental companies. The employees are stressed out and weren’t really nice, except for one encounter.Reviewed Aug 25 2024

You certainly pay for what you get. Pros: At a week and a half out we were able to rent a full size car for approx $45 a day. The car worked, as did the ac. Cons: the places feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere with only 2 people working. When we arrived there were 5 people ahead of us and the wait was about an hour. And you wait outside in a shaded but no ac. The car had over 100,000 miles on it. They have you sign 4 pages of disclosure but never mention that if there is sand in the car they’ll charge a $300 excessive dirt fee. The worst was the shuttle ride. Ruben, the driver was, not the sharpest tool in the shed. He was so rude, didn’t acknowledge he heard me when I said my airline after he asked. It was so hot and had his window down. While we sat in the last row sweating our butts off. This genius decides to turn the ac on after we depart Terminal 1…we were terminal 2. I will NEVER rent from this bottom feeding, nickel and dimming place again.Reviewed Aug 6 2024

This was the worst rental car experience ever. They wouldn’t pick people up at the airport because the line was too long at the office. When we finally arrived at the office it was a junk yard with very bad quality cars. Their service was horrible and 2 hrs later we still didn’t get a car. Do not ever rent from them. We never got our car. They stole $1600 from us. We paid Kayak and are unable to get our money back. Kayak and Expedia, and Economy Rent a Car couldn’t issue a refund.Reviewed Jul 11 2024

Car was extremely beat up. 8 inch tear in rear seat , missing decals, buttons and charge ports. No place to charge phone or electronics which made the navigation on phone stressfulReviewed Apr 8 2024

Pros:I loved the unlimited mileage, the customer service was phenomenal they came and picked me up from the airport at 7:10pm even though they close at 7pm. The whole process was quick and easy!Reviewed Mar 6 2021
