Paid $665/night. Hotel undergoing significant renovation. No lobby available, no bar, no restaurants, no gym, no room service. Room itself was nice. Check in was 4 pm (which is ridiculously late) and room wasn't ready until 4:40 PM. There was literally no place to wait for our room while it was being made up. The "front desk" was moved into a guest room on 3rd floor woth no sitting area. Doorman was on his phone 50% of the time so never ready to get the door. Definitely NOT a $665 experience.
