Quick check in and out, great front desk service when someone is thereCons:
They rented out the vehicle I was supposed to get to someone else. Then called me a few hours before my trip to tell me they have no vehicle for me,and I should call their other surrounding locations to see if they have it available. I was at the office the evening before to ask questions, and confirmed my vehicle was there, I was told that vehicle had to be returned to the airport. She then called back about an hour later to tell me she found a smaller vehicle. I took the smaller vehicle, at the same rate and she told me the smaller none luxury vehicle (Mitsubishi outlander) was more money to rent than a minivan which I requested.
