The G spa was great. That it is ecpensive on the weekends
The spa is amazing The restaurant selections were same. Not really healthy options The wait for housekeeping and them not showing up was unacceptable at 500.00 a night.
I always stay at the Fox Tower when visiting Foxwoods. I find there to be less children and family running around because it is not directly near the outlets . Love playing the slots here and black jack tables are not always super crowded . Great spare of the moment trip on a Thursday because hotel prices are not to bad . Hotel check in is always so slow Everytime I go besides that Fox Tower is my favorite.
Beautiful clean room. Amenities were great. Table games affordable. Waited in line at least 45 minutes to check in - unacceptable.
Views, comfort and amenities I asked for a non smoking room because I have a respiratory issue. Even though the room had no ashtrays and the sign in the hall said no smoking it was obviously a smoking room recently. There were no other rooms available. At checkout I complained and they acknowledged that the floor had recently been changed to non smoking. Unfortunately, I was sick for 3 days after checking out... If it wasn't for that, our stay was wonderful.
The location The lack of cleanliness on the beds ans furniture. Nobody wants to lay there head on other people's hair. I was moved and the next room had stains on the couch and a bit less hair on the bed than the one before. My family member had the same issue in the other room we rented.
The hotel package we used for the weekend there was well worth it. Even though our time was spent roaming around and exploring as many places as possible it was nice to return back to the Fox Tower. We also met a guy by the name of Michael H. Gaudreau and he is the Concierge Representative. Very awesome guy! He helped us out with our bus information and was very welcoming and calm during a stressful situation. Time flies when you're having fun. :(
Staff was nice, valet is very convenient. Pillows were flat and not comfortable at all. Very expensive and looks nice when you walk in, but then they cheap out on the bedding and shower didn't work well. The tv was placed awkwardly at the foot of our bed. Foxwoods is HUGE... I think we walked 2 miles to get to a restaurant for dinner. Intense workout.
I went with a group of friends for a friend's birthday. The concierge was amazing! They wrote "Happy Birthday" on the window and gave us complimentary chocolate-covered strawberries. Scorpion bar had excellent food and an awesome $7 sangria deal for Sunday night. The comedy club (right next door) also had an awesome beer deal ($20 all-you-can-drink). The entire complex was huge! There were so many different areas to explore. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was pretty expensive, especially for a Sunday night. The experience was well worth it though!
The staff and the casino So noisy i could hear the club from my room on the 14th floor. And price was not worth it 681 for 2 nights now good
Great time!!! I wanted to win more money lol....
We loved the view from our room on the 30th floor (top floor). If I were to do it again though I would reccomend future guests to ask for a "woods view". The bed was extremely comfortable & the bathroom was spacious complete with a glass enclosed shower and separate toilet area. Unless you were to use your Foxwoods points Kayak was a much better deal. It was better than the quoted nightly rate (w/ AAA discount applied) that I received from the hotel itself. Also the newest addition to the casino, Tanger Outlets, has an entrance very close by. It's to the right of the small food court & you can't miss the Broadway inspired marquee sign. If you or whoever you're traveling with are shoppers then this is definitely the place to visit. Stop by the Information counter first to inquire about their coupon books for additional $ savings if that interests you. I didn't like the additional up charges from the property $19.49 per night extra & $100 (refundable) security deposit. It felt like I was getting nickel & dimed before I even got to my room. Then come to find out the pool on property is seasonal & the only other one on property is inside the GSpa located on a lower level. So I go there with my girlfriend & there's another charge; $15 a piece for day passes to access the spa ($25 for non hotel guests). I mean what the hell DOES the resort fee cover then? The only other point (for which I removed one star) is location. Fox Tower (formerly MGM Grand) is a hike from the main gambling options & action @ Foxwoods. Although there are slots, table games, multiple dining options & a nightclub right downstairs the real heart of the casino (in my opinion) is on the other side. It's a lengthy walk or grab the free shuttle that transports guests all over the property (every 10-15 minutes from hotel lobby). Overall though, we had a great stay at the property & the likes definitely outweigh the dislikes. Just good to know all the fine print & details before you get there so I figured I'd share.
Ease from I-95, comfortable, value, breakfast. We didn't use the pool but it looked inviting. Shower repair job looked unskilled. At check in the host gave our room number audibly.
the rooms where ok the bed was nice to sleep on. the tv would not go past 20 for volume so it was hard to hear and the tv location was bad
Room was clean, basic. Breakfast was good, something for everyone included fresh fruit nice touch. Was only about 25 min from Mohegan. Mystic Aquri. very close, Mystic Seaport right down the road Needs a little updating, they need to pay a little bit more attention to the little things, like frig needed to be deiced, and the note book should have been checked, ripped pages and coffee stained. Overall the room was good. Had a nice stay, would stay there again.
Run down...Price we pd was higher than others pd. The staff was great and the rooms we clean. The place was just run down.
i had something happen to me i made a reservation and lost the money
The staff was very warm and helpful. The room was clean and housekeeping kept it that way each day. No exercise room as advertised on the site. The pool had so much chlorine I had to buy eye drops for my family. much noise upstairs over our room all night long. Stains in the hall carpet.
Not a bad place to stay for a overnight visit. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. What more do you need?
Close to the parks and attractions in the area The room smelled musty.
Price was reasonable, and staff helpful. Close to I-95. Ground floor room very noisy from squeaky floor in room above - could hear every footstep. Busy on Saturday nights, wi-if poor.
Cleanliness, room equipped with everything needed. Overall good place to stay. Separate sink from bathroom- should have both in and out of bathroom. No extra blankets in room. No eggs or peanut butter for continental breakfast.
I found everything barely adequate
Overall fine for the one night stay. Clean, comfortable room. Decent free breakfast. Good channel lineup. Smokey hallway, but room itself was fine.
Loved the clean and spacious room. Bathroom was immaculate! Staff was friendly and very helpful too. Perfect getaway with my daughter. It can be tought to please an 18 year old girl but my daughter loved the Hyatt. The 2 of walki Misquamicut beach every winter and then spend the night at the Hyatt. Already looking forward to next year! Nothing. All was great!
Beautiful room with a couch! Bed was so comfortable that we slept in and missed breakfast. Excellant shower pressure! Wish breakfast ran later than 9am. No microwave in the room. Shower room with toilet was a bit tight getting in and out. Not very many TV channels and TV kept shutting off by itself after about an hour and half.
It was clean and spacious... n/a\
I liked that it was close to downtown Mystic as well as some excellent wineries on the CT Wine Trail. The hotel was under renovations and we heard hammers pounding while trying to take a nap on a Saturday afternoon. Also, the included breakfast left A LOT to be desired. Egg white sandwiches on hard, stale croissants. Luke-warm French toast. Stale bagels. Not too appetizing.
We are buying a house in the area and spending a lot of time in hotels. As the summer starts all the hotels in Mystic start to jack their prices to unbelievable levels ($300+ a night for a Hampton Inn??). As all we needed was a bed for the night and a warm shower we decided to save our money and try the Quality Inn. That was a good decision as its perfectly OK - clean, convenient location, affordable. Bead was comfortable and bathroom was clean with decent water pressure. We were on the ground floor and there was quite a bit of noise on Saturday night - the sound insulation is not great. Sheets are washed in fairly harsh chemicals, so a little rough on the skin. Overall, though, good value for the money and staff are very friendly and helpful
Staff was very friendly and attentive. Elevator was fair from room. Next time I would ask for a first floor room for my dad.
Further than I thought from Foxwoods
The continental breakfast was incredible
Decent room Be careful using debit cards if you already paid online. I got charged 2 other times
All friendly, helpful.
Clean and comfort
PARTY IN ROOM U[UPSTAIRS BOTH NIGHTS NOTHING DONE ABOUT IT WHEN WE CALLED FRONT DESK
Close enough to beach without breaking bank... Both CT and RI beaches... Beds were comfortable... Restraunts in area were good... Last night they ran out of towels and we were given one wash cloth and bath mats for hand towels...
Location was convenient and hotel was perfect!
I needed to move the reservation 1 day due to severe weather but Priceline and Hampton Inn were unable to accommodate.
Being able to bring my pet was a major bonus. We didn't have to worry about leaving our dog alone and the rooms were very clean and spacious! The staff was very friendly and courteous and the breakfast in the morning was awesome! The beds were a little bit too hard
Nice and clean hotel. Inconvenient location without a car. Some receptionists don't seem to like their jobs... few were nice.
The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Hotel rooms were clean. Had trouble getting into our rooms our keys didn't work so the lady had to give us a new set of keys. We told the lady at the front desk that it was probably the door and if its possible to just switch our rooms. She refused and gave us new card to try and that one didn't work. Our stuff was locked in the room the lady had to come up to our room and try it herself and it wouldn't work so she had to go back downstairs to get this machine thing that opens the doors but she couldn't see what she was doing because she didn't have her glasses so my friend had to help her smh worst experience ever eventually we were able to get into the room and they gave us new room. I map quest the address to see how far foxwoods was it said it was 10 minutes away but it was more like 20 minutes.
Clean and comfortable, with a very friendly staff.
clean, easy access, good breakfast nothing
I loved how quick and easy check in was! The staff was very welcoming and answered all of my questions. The rooms were nice and clean, had the perfect size television. The bed was extremely comfortable. Delicious hot breakfast was included until 10am. Check out was 11 so after breakfast we still had plenty of time to check out on time. It was just an all around great stay! Because of all of the snow parking was limited. We had to circle around for a couple of minutes before finally parking in the last parking spot. But again snow is not something the staff can control.
Very nice and close to the town of Mystic and close to the two casinos
it was close to everything in town the gym smells like the pool
reasonably priced, rooms were clean wish there was a breakfast buffet included in the hotel stay
The servers at breakfast were excellent, as was the omlet chef and the food in general. The cleaning service didn't clean our roomvery thoroughly daily.
Big room, comfy bed. The fact that the hotel sent a free shuttle bus to pick us up from the station (3 miles away). The decor is the room was a little outdated.
Location in proximity to attractions and hwy. The room was clean and the staff was excellent. The decor was very disappointing for a Hilton hotel. The barroom walls were a very outdated nauseating yellowish gold. The size of the bathroom was very small. The room all together seemed very minimalistic for the price.
very comfortable beds
Nice room, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated
The size if the room was perfect. The bed was very comfy. It was a short distance to both Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun. The Mystic Aquarium was with in walking distance as was the Old Mystic Plaza. All in all it was a great stay and I would recommend it to a friend. We did not like that there wasn't a shuttle, car service or limo service to the Casino Resorts. For the price this feature should be included as well as a free Continental Breakfast.
The hotel was very convenient to get to and from. It was amazingly quiet, despite being full of people and events!! Very comfy, and I'd recomend it highly! I like a firmer pillow, it'd be nice if they had various "kinds".
Great value! Reception desk staff greeted me as I was still approaching the desk. Professional hospitality, great facility, in great condition, in a fantastic location. Would definitely return. Nothing.
The room , a mini suite, was beautiful and the bed was so comfortablr. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was near all local attractions, including both Casinos. I would definitely stay there again No fan in the bathroom
The complimentary breakfast was extensive and the staff was diligent in keeping all of the offerings replenished. The suite was large and very comfortable. We would stay again in the future
DVD players was available for no additional charge. Breakfast and light evening meal were also included in price.
Nice room layout, pet friendly, convenient to interstate, good breakfast. Location to town and attractions was not as depicted by site location at booking. Carpeting had sticky spots and smelled of dirty gym clothes. Poor soundproofing compared to other hotels we've stayed at, especially on this trip.
We were at home.staff was wonderful.we were treated just like family.Hotel was in a perfect location. Our room was very nice. No.everything was perfect.
The location in old mystic was awesome
Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Carpets were a little outdated but still very clean. Location was perfect, near shops and restaurants
Location and staff excellent. Breakfast also very goodsq No

Rooms on the road side are noisy. Too close to the highway. No breakfast available.
Loved the easy access to everything in Mystic. Room was way too hot. Coud not shut the heating unit off.
Rooms were clean and very close to attractions. Nosie if you kept dehumidifier running.
The room was very large. We had a fridge and microwave, both of which worked well. Easy checkout from the room. Walls too thin. I could hear every word my neighbors said. Whirlpool was a disappointment. Jets in unusual places.

Hotel staff (front desk, valet, cleaning crew) was excellent. Great service! The hotel was able to accommodate our request of staying an extra night during a busy weekend. THank you.
It was part of the casino which meant no driving. That's always a good thing. There is so many rooms on each floor it feels like you have to walk a mile to and from the elevators.
Non smoking rooms availability None
Clean showers Not at all it was a great experience I'm doing a survey
Smoking was allowed inside.
Very comfortable rooms, clean many amenities. People smoking in non smoking areas
proximity to fun! I'd advise people who do not smoke to be sure to ask for a nonsmoking room. We did and it was our only escape from smokers...the non smoking gambling site is small and with little action, there was little to keep us there.
I liked to be in the middle of everything. I like that there was room service! They also give you free bottled water during your stay in your room. All the staff that I encountered were fabulous and I liked the free valet parking. The enormous amount of walking. Even though you're in the middle of just about everything it's a lot of walking. I was at the end room and it literally was a quarter mile walk just to get to the elevator. Then once you're out of the elevator it's another quarter mile to a half mile walk to the restaurants near the casinos. I also did not like that there are no microwaves in the rooms. It was explained to me that they created "problems".
Great location and wonderful room.
Loved the location and the charm of the place Rooms were a bit awkwardly laid out and the bed was not comfortable. The heater in our room was either full blast or none - so didn't get the best night sleep.
It was clean, but smelled pretty musty. I reserved a room with a balcony (and therefore, a view), but when I got there, I got a room at the back of the motel (It's not really an inn.) There was no view and the staff was not interested in the fact that I didn't get what I had reserved. For the view I got, I could have stayed at a much cheaper hotel. I feel like I wasted my money.
Clean, comfortable and quiet room; good location and friendly staff.
Thick soft towels...comfy bed...clean room.
The hotel is located right on route1 with a view of the water and walking distance to downtown Mystic. They also offer free bicycles that can be used for the day. There is a restaurant/bar right on the premises with indoor or outdoor seating and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner which is very convenient if you don't want to walk or drive anywhere. We had a king room that was on the lower level and opened out to the parking area, so not a great view. The layout of the room was also a little awkward with a fireplace right near the bed and a large jacuzzi that we did not use. They do have nicer second level rooms with better views and a nice balcony that was a little more private. Next time I would look to get one of the second level rooms.
I like the fact that it came with everything I needed ... kitchenette area, iron and board, even WiFi
The fact that this place is very clean and comfortable all throughout...makes me definitely want to come back. I travel alot and very rarely seen places like this. My room was very clean, we even had a nice sized jacuzzi in it.The fitness center was decent, and the full breakfast in the morning was completely AWESOME! One downside,10 min from the casino. .Nevertheless, its location is still prime. Only 3 min away from Mystic Seaport area. This is my first post about any property,i spoke with their staff, who are so nice, who make you want to come back. just had to say something, it was that good. 10 min from casino
