The check in was horrible!!!! We were in line for about 11/2 hrs. There was one person working having to do all aspects of the job. She did an excellent job with customer service.Reviewed Oct 5 2021

The best thing about this experience was the Manager the next day. We got our car the first day, not the right one. Our car was sold/overbooked. It died within using the car within 20 miles. Had to get it towed, service rep said we would have to incur the costs? Making us freak out for a moment. Manager fixed it and gave us a car and it worked for the rest of the weekend. Very upsetting to have this happen and its a real shame.Reviewed Oct 2 2021
