Waited 90 min in line to pick up a car, even though I prepaid. Oil maintenance light came on 400 miles into my trip. I called Payless and I was told to get car serviced and save my receipts. Not and ideal situation during a vacation. We will see if I actually get reimbursed….Reviewed Oct 12 2023

Cons:Use a different company. My flight from Afghanistan had engine problems and we did emergency landing and forced. To spend night in Bulgaria. I called in as soon as plane landed to cancel or pushback one day but agent said no help. When I finally got to Car Rental in SDF they double charged me and the rates went up to a premium of 85 dollars a day. But thank God we didn’t crash and all of us military got home to the USA safe and next time I just will not book their KayakReviewed Mar 16 2021

Great deal!Pros:I loved driving the Ford Taurus! It was very nice and reminded me of a luxury car with the cream leather interior. The checkout process was very easy and quick! The checkin was even faster! Plus the value was amazing through Kayak.Cons:They don't do a walkthrough with the car. My rental had a damaged console in the middle, stains on the carpet, and a burn mark. I didn't want to be held responsible so I took pictures.Reviewed Jul 3 2018

Cons:Very slow pickup, clerk did not know how to use the computer system and had to ask someone. Drop off was a mess as their computer system was down so the clerk asked me to hang out and wait for a bit. I responded that I had a plane to catch and that they would have to figure it out on their own time, which seems correct.Reviewed Dec 7 2017

Pros:The biggest problem was the smell of the vehicle. It seemed like someone had smoked in the car and then tried to cover it up. Car smelled like a cheap hotel room. Also, there was a strong scent of either perfume or air freshener on the seat belt which then made me smell like that the rest of the day.Reviewed Mar 19 2017
