Didn’t have cars in the class I reserved and prepaid, so was forced to take a lower class vehicle. Also, no fully charged vehicle was available, so I had to accept one with 3/4 battery charge. The car was filthy. They made numerous attempts to upsell me other options/services, and when I refused they tried to suggest it was not optional. I continued to refuse to pay extra above my prepaid amount, and they eventually relented. However, as a result, it took 45 minutes from the time I got to the counter to the time I drove off.Reviewed Jun 12 2024
