Cons: The attendant had trouble ( said she was not familiar computer and printer ) gave a ticket for the wrong vehicle ( in the lot a customer was loading his luggage in the car she sent me to, he showed me the ticket with the same number that was on my ticket ) back inside to wait in line again, do over

Car really banged up and filthy windows
Pros: Price
Cons: Car was not ready at the time I reserved it. Had to wait about 20 minutes. Then when I got in, the windows were so filthy (especially on the inside), I had to pull over and clean them. Car had tons of nicks and dents.

Pros: Car was fine, could pair my phone with it, comfortable, good value. Price better by far than competitors. Easy drop off.
Cons: Payless is in the Budget lot at Bradley, a little slow on pickup time.

Rental bad news and good news
Pros: Drop off was easy. After first problem, customer service handled the issue well.
Cons: Car #1 was dirty and gas tank was not full. Disappointed!

Cons: The car was not clean to my standards. The low tire pressure light went on and I had to put air in to ensure it wouldn't go flat while I was driving in the rain in an unfamiliar area. The person who checked me in when I dropped off the car yesterday was very nonchalant and not at all concerned about the inconvenience and stress this caused me.

Pros: Danny was an angel. Sorted the car out (three times) and made the start of our vacation perfect. Great car and superb service all round :)

Pros: Price for the car was substantially less (30%) than other options. Wait at facility was short.
Cons: Found out from other reviews that the shuttle bus was marked Budget not Payless. The website should make this clear. Dealt with a Budget representative at the location. Staff was helpful.
