Pros:The best thing about the rental didn’t even involve Payless. It involved the shuttle service to the parking lot.
Cons:Car was expensive and just a janky little Nissan. Took forever to check in. People ignored me when I brought the car back.

Cons:I made a reservation to pick up a car at noon. When my flight was delayed I tried 7 times to contact the rental agency with no success. I continued to try through out the afternoon and was finally able to get through 6 hours later (upon arriving a the terminal). They moved my reservation however when I got there, there were no cars left. They had to move me over to another rental agency where I had to pay more for a vehicle than I had expected. The Payless Rental Agent said they could not do anything about the difference. He showed no pro-activity in trying to relieve the additional amount that I was required to pay for my vehicle (I suspect this is due to improper training and poor compensation). Rent from them, but know you get what you pay for.

Pros:decent price for 18 day rental.
Cons:car inside was very dirty. WE had to clean the windows and the dash from mud as well as the back of the front seat was muddy from people's feet. Otherwise the rental was fine.

Cons:The pickup was a pain. There were no signs telling me where to find the Payless counter. The car shakes at highway speeds (I assume wheel balancing is needed) and 2 of the tires were at 22 PSI, SO I had to put air in them once I got it

Cons:Showed up and none of the charges were what was quoted when I booked online. I had called prior to booking to ensure that everything was clarified. The Agent was extremely unhelpful when I asked for clarification and did not resolve any issues. I cancelled the reservation and went to Enterprise which was nearly half the cost, and had much better service.

It took four cars until we could find one that wasn’t broken down flat tire wrong number broken lights so on. Worst car rental ever.
