Pros:They gave me a choice, and had Toyotas available

Cons:I forgot to re full the car with gas and I found they charged me $9.99 for gallon and that too much and I asked them if I can go and refill the car by my slef to avoid that they said the account has been closed that was not nice at all and I had time to do that cause I dropped off the car two hours early and they still saying no you can't do that and I don't know why they charge $9.99 for the gallon it is ripping me off
Pros:Check in CSR was friendly
Cons:Car REKED of cigarette smoke. High-beams did not work well at all. GMC Terrain was so under-powered that accelerating onto highways was an uncomfortable proposition.
Pros:The car that we eventually received was very nice - clean and comfortable. The drop-off experience was also uneventful.
Cons:After arriving at BNA at ~4:00 P.M., we didn't actually leave the airport until 5:25 P.M. due to three problems with our rental: (1) my car rental "jacket" directed me to an empty space on the lot, (2) when I returned to the garage-based counter, I noticed that the rental agreement was for SOMEONE ELSE (same first name as mine, but different last name), (3) when this was finally sorted out, my "new" car was a 2019 Toyota Corolla with a defective backseat lap seat belt ... and there was someone else in the driver's seat initially as he thought he was in HIS car due to a mistake on HIS rental agreement "jacket," (4) we still had to wait another 20 minutes for a car to either/both arrive and/or be washed/cleaned, etc., until (5) we ultimately got a very nice car - not an upgrade, just a newer, cleaner Nissan - which we were able to enjoy for the remainder of our visit in Nashville, TN!
Pros:The rep said I could probably do better at a different company
Cons:I booked a vehicle that was to be returned by noon. I said I needed it until 6:00. The rate went from $140 I had booked on Kayak to approx. $314. FOR 6 EXTRA HOURS. They said there was nothing they could do. I went to Avis and booked a car for $230, much more than I had planned on, but certainly not over $300. I would never consider Dollar again.
Pros:The price was good ($60 for a full size for three days over July 4 weekend). The car was clean and pretty new.
Cons:The salesperson was kind of pushy, but I'm good at saying No.
Pros:Car was excellent.
Cons:In person customer service was the worst experience ever. Lady kept on saying "I've never seeing a rate this low" and therefore she didn't release the car to me. My Kayak estimate without insurance was 40 dollars. The lady wanted to charge me $400. This lady needs to be fired. She was so rude.
Pros:Got free upgrade to silver Dodge Charger. Very friendly staff.
Cons:Little hard to find front desk in garage area.
