Stayed here after a long drive to get some sleep. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything! When the person upstairs walked across their floor my walls shook and I could hear the person next to me close their drawer. I got maybe an hour of interrupted sleep and left.
Close to freeway access but no freeway noise. Secondary goof lock hardware missing/removed and do not disturb sign missing. Could hear person on floor above walking early in AM. Appeared to be destination for a tour - long line for breakfast - went somewhere else to eat. Relatively far from restaurants other than Denny's and Wendy's.
Staff is very friendly. Beds were very comfortable and it was wry quite. Older facilities but management is trying to upgrade. For the money you are paying you are getting a great deal! Room could have been a bit cleaner in the restroom.
The pool and spa. General location. Not enough staff, some of us couldn't get towels or wash cloths. One room didn't have a shower curtain.
Location to fair No one came to clean our room
Great Staff, very accomodating. Liked the Club aspect for breakfast.
I like that it's pet friendly. I was able to bring my Labrador with my partner. Will definitely stay here again. The bed sheets were not too soft. It does get busy because of the convention center nearby.
This was my first time ever in a hotel, the staff was nice enough to explain to me how things worked and what accommodations they had available on site. The room was well organized was clean, no one bothered us for the entire duration of the stay. We had a nice view on the fifth floor to the pool and trees, and actually we could even see towards the mountains. I had no problems checking in or out and no extra charges were added due to prepaying the room. Overall a great stay, can't wait to go again. The only major problem I had was that in the morning for breakfast. We went to the restaurant inside of the hotel and were served by Ashley, the problem with her was that she never returned to me with my change when I had paid for the meal. Breakfast for two came out to just over $30, I paid with cash and expected to receive around $10 back. I waited for ten minutes until i finally went back to restaurants desk and asked for my change there. One of the other workers there was nice enough to correct the situation, during that time we over heard her asking Ashley: Did you keep their change again? Indicating that this incident has happened before. I received my change shortly after and the other server apologized. Ashley appeared once more before i walked out, she continued working and serving another party as if nothing had happened, never making eye contact with us even as she passed by.
The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and accommodating. We got early check-in with no hassles. However, check out was at 11 AM...BUT, at 8 in the morning, another guest walked in on us!!!! They had, in their records, thought we were in another room so they had lent out our room to another guest!!! Talk about invasion of privacy and major embarrassment for all involved!!!
Not much. I recently stayed here while I was in Pomona on a business trip. The hotel is located right on the main strip of Garey Avenue and is close to Western University. Upon arrival, I was allowed to check in early at about 10:00 A.M. That was very nice of them as my plane landed early. The exterior of the hotel is nice and fits in well with the surroundings. The area itself does not appear very safe as I had several homeless people hassle me outside of the hotel asking for change. I tried giving one a bottle of water and he told me he wanted money, not water. The lobby of the hotel is well kept and attractive, but do not be fooled as the terror lies within. First, I was not given the room that I requested. I asked for a handicapped accessible room on the first floor and was given a second floor room instead. Not the biggest deal. At first inspection the room seemed very nice. It was a spacious room and a spotless bathroom. It has the usual commodities, such as a refrigerator, hair dryer, etc. I unpacked and started to settle in. That evening, the itching began. It started as small red bumps with a mild itching sensation. I have allergies so I was wondering if somebody had brought a cat into the room at some point. I was praying it wasn’t bed bugs. I went to bed that night and had a hard time sleeping as the itching continued. I awoke the next morning and went to the breakfast downstairs. It was nicely set up and it seemed fresh. I was still pretty itchy that morning and had to take an antihistamine. I left for my meetings. When I returned that evening, I discovered the source of my pruritus. My entire room was covered in black ants! There were in the living area and all over the bathroom. The bathroom seemed the worse. They were on my toiletries, towels, it was unbelievable. They were coming from a crack in the wall. I have allergies to several insects and black ants are on that list. I promptly went down to the front desk only to find it vacant. So rang the bell several times and still nobody. I waited at the front desk for almost 15 minutes and still nobody even showed. I continued to ring the bell loudly. I finally got fed up and walked around to a door labeled management or something along those lines. I walked right in and there was a man in there playing on his cell phone. I asked where anyone was for the front desk and he did not speak or understand English. I mean, why would someone in America understand or speak English, right? He shuffled over to the breakfast area and I followed as I was curious. There we found a rather large staff member eating the food for the breakfast bar in the morning! She walked to the front desk, still with food in her mouth, and I explained my issue. She was quick to apologize and told me that the hotel has had an insect problem in the past. She said that she would have the management contact me. She was able to move me to another room. The itching had gotten worse and I had to take a little prednisone to help. The
Very clean rooms, very nice staff, great breakfast!
Conveniently located on Garey Ave. Although my window faced Garey, it was fairly quiet. Clock radio stopped working. I told the desk clerk the first day, but it didn't get fixed or replaced. Hot breakfast ran out by 9:15 Sunday although advertised until 10:00.
The staff were friendly and very service oriented. The location in central Pomona was perfect for my needs. For me needs, there was nothing to complain about.
Great staff, great room, we really enjoyed our stay!
Clean, convenient and reasonably priced. Fox News playing incessantly in the breakfast room is enough to make you lose your appetite.
The staff, functionality of the room. Room location.
Comfortable rooms, ability to have separate sleeping areas for my mom and my young grandson was great. Snacks in early evening were fun. Although I didn't travel very far, live in Chino, it seemed like a real vacation. Weather was too cold to enjoy the pool, next time!!!
Parking, Beautiful architecture, decorations & landscape, very nice hot breakfast, room very clean. I didn't like that I got put in a handicap room and no king bed.
It looked great on the photos and was comfortable It was a long way from the airport in LA - No facility to eat so had to drive a mile down the road. Other guests very noisy and my daughter was woken in thje night by people looking for friends
It was just a quiet place to stay.
Everyone was friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was amazing!!! Late check-out at 12. It was a little difficult to find parking later in the night, the parking spaces are small.
Great value for the price! Spacious room, full breakfast was a nice bonus. Very clean, will book again!
Beds were comfy No towels in room. Neighbors kept doing a lot of noise. We call front desk a few times but they didnt do anything.
I liked the location The continental breakfast was a joke, room was super dirty. There was hair all over the sheets that didn't belong to me. The fans have never been dusted, looks like someone spilled something all over bed and down bed skirt. No water bottles anywhere.
Nothing The sheets were dirty and they ran out of towels
The price was cheap and booking was easy through kayak Where do I even start. The rooms are listed as having a mini fridge and wifi. The room did not have a fridge and the wifi never worked. When I got to the front desk to check in the girl said that she couldn't check me in because the computer was frozen. She was waiting for some guy to come down and fix it. While I waited she started helping another guest who was asking questions about some credit card. The guy who was supposed to be fixing the computer so I can get checked in started helping that guest too. So no one was fixing the computer. Finally the computer was working and the girl didn't even bother to ask him how he fixed it so she can handle it herself next time. When I finally got to my room the door was open and when I went in it was not clean. There were no sheets on the bed and there was a box for a double sided dildo on the floor(I am not making this up). When I got to the elevator I told one of the maintenance workers what happened and he just looked at me like I was crazy. Next room I get moved to the floor above and the hallway smells like cigarette fortunately the room doesn't. Tried turning on the tv and there are no batteries in the remote so I have to call the front desk. When the maintenance guy comes up he fixes it. I told him about the wifi and he said he'll reset the router. I'm guessing he never did because the wifi still didn't work. Moral of the story you get what you pay for. The rooms are decent it's such a shame they could do so much more.
Worse breakfast everp
Didn't have microwave or fridge like my last stay
The staff was helpful and very kind to me even when I had a problem checking in (it was a fault of mine not theirs). The rooms are nice enough and was spacious. Seemed clean enough, except for when I looked up at the fan. Did not like that I come in and use the restroom to find that there is no towels, had to call housekeeping for them, also they must have just painted because there was paint on the floor and the outlets were missing their covers. The bathroom light was not sufficient enough for the size of the bathroom either.
The room was dirty and the toilet didn't flush. So gross. The front staff was rude. Just awful
Location The hotel is very disorganized from the moment you arrive you can tell from the front desk chaos, something is very wrong here. It is very dirty and unmaintained. I'd stayed at motel 6 better then this. I even got over charged for my stay by $100 extra. Worst worst experience
Location Tv did not work no towels or toilet paper in the room and it took two hours for the staff to bring any
The softness of the bed, and tv Was not a full set of towels in the room, beds were too loose on the floor, Walls were crappie behind the beds, couldn't smoke in my room, not culturally balanced with the employees, service was very bland with no personality, felt like a FLOP HOUSE for slackers. No kind of real breakfast! We're adults, not kids, I expected a adult type meal and nothing but cereal and bagels with half stale pastries, and no bar tender.
Nothing Made my reservation over 2 months ago. They send an email asking for me to secure my reservation with a payment due to high demand. I do as they ask and provide a credit card. I arrive on my day of reservation to find that they are completely out of rooms. Nobody processed my payment. I am told there is nothing they can do since I was never charged for the room. So there I am in their lobby scrambling to find another hotel. This place is absolutely unfit to be a hotel. The management sucks. Also while looking for another hotel I overheard guests asking for towels. They were out of towels! They were going room to room asking for towels that were not being used! Horrible!
good location, room was always clean, quiet, plenty of venues for food and entertainment around. would definitely stay again. only headache was Sunday morning breakfast, had soft ball teams eating before checking out causing a backup at breakfast line. staff handled it amazingly well though.
Newly remodeled room. Nice wide shower. Decent water pressure. Somewhere in the wall, there was a loud dripping sound whenever shower ran upstairs. Breakfast has slipped! Quality was okay, but last year there was a very friendly chef making omelets to order. Now just prepared hot items. Sunday at 8:45AM, no fruit at all. No coffee creamer. Breakfast was a main reason for coming back here, versus one of the many, many other hotels nearby.
Loved the location and staff, very courteous and attended to the one flaw. Would stay here in the future.
nice and quiet
Staff was great. Breakfast was pretty good Bed was not so comfortable
The Ayres hotels are an excellent value for your money. There is nothing NOT to like at this hotel.
The hotel had great decor and the room was very nice. They had great ameneties and the location was perfect. Close to everything! We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had traveling. The restroom floor was a little dirty but to be fair I'm very picky and am very particular with restrooms. We did have a problem with check in. We arrived just after midnight and they said my credit card was declined or no good. They kept saying I was giving them the wrong number and I used a different card when I reserved the room. I know what card I used. My card was fine and they accepted it. Then we ended up getting the wrong room. Two double beds and not the king we reserved. I think they had the wrong reservation . When I showed them my reservation, they fixed everything right away. I was happy with the outcome.
Clean and comfortable
Breakfast was great!
I was really disappointed when I first got to our hotel. My husband and I were visiting for a fun weekend away, but when we got there I wished I had picked a different hotel. It wasn't awful, but the rooms smelt funny, everything was cheaply made, and the carpets were extremely old. Our coffee maker was broken, and the hair dryer was as well. The location was AMAZING, and that's the only reason why this place has a good rating. Their website is for their sister hotel, which is beautiful and overall a much better hotel. So I thought that was misleading. I also looked at their sister hotel prices (its right next door) and they were cheaper than what we had paid for the crappier one. If you're looking for a place to sleep, this is fine. But if you want to enjoy a weekend away, find a different hotel. Oh, and good luck getting cell service in your room. And the WiFi is awful, too. Smelt funny, horrible cell service, extremely slow WiFi, broken coffee maker in room, broken hairdryer in room, really outdated and dirty looking carpet. Not a single thing made me think, "That's cool!" or "Wow, this is nice." This isn't the place to go for a weekend away, it's best if you only need to sleep overnight and that's it.
We stayed in a king spa tub studio. The room was spacious, clean, stocked and all furniture was comfortable. Housekeeping observed the do not disturb sign for 2 nights and were easy to reach for anything we needed, Wendy at the front desk was a real pleasure, we were greeted with a sincere smile, a smooth fast and thorough cheek-in Thank You.
Nice hotel, clean comfortable rooms very good customer service
Room was nice and comfortable Late checkout only until 12 noon
I liked the comfort. The pillows aren't as steady and fluffy as the used to be. Not enough pillows on the bed. I had to request a room change, because ants were in our room. The irons were not operable. The first room, we had to request an iron. The replaced iron did not work. When we moved to the second room, due to ants, the iron of that room did not work. We had to end up going out to buy an iron. Room service was not good. The service took forever to show up, if they showed up. This has never happened, in my year and a half of dealing with Azure. Azure has always been responsible in the past.
nada Made reservation for two nights. Called the front desk during the morning of my arrival date. Told front desk that I would be checking in late. Front desk said no problem. Front desk proudly said, "We do not cancel reservations!" I went to a gathering with friends. I had a midnight snack and enjoyed the food. I was in no rush, as my room at the Azure was waiting for me. I walked to the front desk, and the time was about 2:45 a.m. This was now into my first night stay, which was paid. I talk to Graveyard Roy, give him my id card, and tell him that I have a room, reservation for two nights. Roy told me that he completed an audit at 2:30 a.m, and that he cancelled my reservation, because I had not checked in. Graveyard Roy cancelled both nights! It had only been 15 minutes since Roy cancelled my room(s), so I simply asked Graveyard Roy to check me in, using the reservation he just cancelled. Graveyard Roy started pushing computer keyboard keys, clicking mice, and kept looking from one computer monitor to another. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and thought maybe Roy was helping the nearby air traffic control tower, and landing jets. Nope. Graveyard Roy was lost! I heard the GPS navigation system in Roy's head continually say, "Re-Routing". I saw Roy scrambling, and heard him say aloud, "Lets see, lets see, lets see...." I had to finally leave the poor guy alone, and I walked away and out. The whole time hearing keyboard keys a clacking and mice a clicking. Pop Quiz,..Why does Roy hold a position on the Graveyard shift? Answer in the form of a question. Bye.
I loved everything about the hotel !
It was very clean. Big room, very comfortable. Breakfast need to be improve.
Clean and affordable. Rooms were very large.
Nice rooms Breakfast was a little lacking
Really enjoyed the large clean room and the bed was wonderful. The breakfast was good to start off the day! Will come again
Big rooms, comfortable beds, quiet, hot full breakfast. Some variety in the breakfast and longer breakfast hours would be nice. The maid took one of my key cards that are used to turn on and maintain the lights and AC. Several Lamps were not plugged in, one had nowhere to plug it in...
Everyone was friendly - the breakfast was very good the facilities were clean. I stayed two nights. When I got back to the hotel the second night, it was late, and when I opened the door, I saw that Housekeeping did not clean the room. I went down to the front desk and they gave me some towels and coffee packets for the morning.
My stay here was great. I have stayed at ALoft, just up the street a few time and after a few poor experiences I decided to stay at Ontario Airport Hotel. The staff was amazing and very accessible. The room was very clean and the location is perfect. The shuttle service that will take you around town for free was also a huge plus. This is where I will always stay from now on.
Staff was friendly Lounge, bar, and piano area were relaxing. Carpeting in the outer halls. The room door had foot prints and scuff marks.
I had made reservations for a double bed and when I got there they only had a king size bed
I did like his hotel everything was really nice about it parking is really easy it was super close event I was going to my only complaint would be a they charge you $50 at check in now nowhere did it say it was charging $50 for checking in I called the office and complained about it because the $50 made my account go negative. And they did absolutely nothing about it which kind of made me mad.actually I'm still waiting for the $50 back and it's been five days that if it does Credit to my account soon I will never stay here again. That's the one thing that would make me not return to this hotel. everything is nice but beware of the holding fee.
not bad for a motel 6 wasnt too bad for a motel 6....
The staff was extremely nice and the room was very clean
When I asked for an extra pillow they didn't have one at the front desk but someone brought it to my room door. We checked in and when we got to the room there was only towels for one person, so I called the front desk to get more towels and the phone just rang and rang and no one answered it so my husband had to go all the way there to get more towels.
Great shower, comfortable bed and pillows, good temperature plenty of towels, big towels, huge closet, big room Room smelled like mildew, there was no chair at the desk in our room, there was a long hair in our sheets, there was a bug in between our pillows
Old facility. Wifi didn't work
Kayaks rate was close to what this Radisson was worth. I was very disappointed in this Radisson. They hallways smelled of mildew and there was black mold in my bathroom. Seems like this would be something that would be checked before assigning it to someone.
The breakfast was great! Good location for the Fontana Races Things were held together with tape, we expected the planes but didn't know there would be a couple trains that went by late at night.
The staff was great! They were very helpful, attentive, and had great customer service. I liked that we got switched to a room close to a door on the first floor. my girlfriend has MS, so a long walk and stairs were too much for her at the end of the day. Unfortunately, there were some things that caught my attention. First off when my girlfriend and I were going to goto sleep. The sheets were stained, we called to see if they can send house keeping or switch our rooms. We chose to just have house keeping come, since we were all the way at the end of the hotel and didn't want to walk to the desk. She has MS and at the end of the day her legs aren't very strong, so the walk would of been a struggle for her. It took about 30 mins for house keeping to come and change the sheets. I also noticed that the doors had patches of different colored paint, rust in the basket in the tub and the mirror was cracked on the closet. Also, went to get water from the machines. The signs said the was a vending machine by the corner, but there were none there. Ended up walking all the way to the lobby, surprised the hotel didn't have a little store by the front desk like other hotels.
The price and the bed was great. Dirty, old, paint pealing everywhere including bathtub but worst of all the bathroom roof started leaking.
The beds weren't crawling with bedbugs. Wifi was mysteriously alright. Furniture was adorned with actual, literal graffiti. Pieces of furniture were replaced with poorly craft replacement pieces that were covered in additional graffiti. Televisions were ancient. Showers were awful. Every piece of equipment in the hotel is incredibly outdated. Damage to walls, floors, ceilings, furniture is readily apparent. Hotel is home to a multitude of shady characters. Thumping and pounding could be heard on the walls and outside at all hours of the night. Beggars loiter the parking lot at night. The lady at the front desk is incredibly short with customers, very curt, and it's obvious that she doesn't care at all.
Location Could of been more clean
Nothing except for the price & location. Everything. I regularly stay at economy motels, particularly Motel 6 & other chains. Lemon Tree was significantly worse than any motel I have ever stayed.
price pillows and condition of the maintenance of the room.
free wi-fi Needs total renovation.
Nothing There was blood on the walls from people shooting up in there.
Close to fairplex and dennys Dirty, smelled like smoke, graffiti in the bathroom. Someone was revving the motorcycle outside. The electrical plug in didn't work.
I liked the location and the price was decent. Served its purpose - for sleep, shower, and relaxing for a bit. The room smelled as if it had been vacant for a long time due to the stale air in the room. Having the a/c on would probably prevent that and some newer bedding and a fresh coat of paint wouldn't hurt it either. Upon removing the top sheets on my bed, I found ants on the crevice and ants randomly all over the room(on the desk, on the Nightstand, mainly in the bathroom.) The gym equipment had a layer of dust Covering it and the pool had some black gnarly things sitting at the bottom of it.
I kid you not, the power went out with 10 seconds left in the superbowl, and the backup generator "wasn't working".
Great location, 10 min from Ontario airport. Hotel provided complimentary van shuttle which picked us up from airport, and took us back again. Super comfortable, quiet rooms. Really nice staff who helped when needed. Delicious hot breakfast included, which added to the already great value. Internet connection unreliable.
Everything was ok. I just didn't like the fact the AC in the room did not cool down the room. It was warm. And also there was to much noise coming from some where in the building
The rooms were very nice & clean. Hot breakfast was a plus. Close to airport for convenience. The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was hard as a rock and so was each of our pillows. Didn't sleep well at all.
How clean the rooms were for the price The heater seamed like it didn't work
Easy check in, large room. Checked in at 1 30 AM and the person at the front desk wouldn't stop talking while holding the keys hostage.
We've stayed here before and appreciate the clean comfortable rooms and public areas, friendly customer service, pleasant breakfast and meal room service.
Quiteness I whiskey I could have stayed longer
Helpful and friendly staff when I checked in and out. I was counting on the restaurant being open on time. It wasn't and I was forced to have breakfast on the road. I chose not to eat any other meals there.
Friendly staff and nice big room. We booked about 15 minutes before we got there and the transaction was easy! Close to the freeway and quiet. Very pleased!
Nothing. They are fucking asshole that wont refund you if you need to cancel Fuck you!
I loved how the entire room was built except for the wall between the couch and bed but overall everything was really nice and spacious. The TV was nice and big bed was comfy and warm. Couch was large with a foot rest and staff was rather very helpful and friendly. If I had to come back again I would. I enjoyed my experience here. I just didn't like how when my girlfriend and I went to shower one of the towels had a hair that was not ours already on it. Thought it was gross but other than that no issue.
Room was nice, comfortable bed, staff was friendly and the best continental breakfast I have ever had. I honestly have no complaints.
The hotel was very clean the room was great better than what I expected definitely use this hotel again Nothing everything was good
The location is very convenient, close to many shops and restaurants, fast food and grocery stores. Staff is very friendly they gave me an extra card key when i forgot it in the room. Also when we checked out, we forgot a cellphone and we called to ask for it and they had it for us in the front desk. Big plus for that! Breakfast is very good too it varies from day to day. A few things I didn't like was that there was a red jelly stain in the carpet when we got there the first night. Also the wood part of the vanity mirror had a crack you cant avoid looking away. Closet space was tight, the layout of the room seem flipped around. I didnt feel like it was as clean as it could of been overall.
The TV didn't work properly. The engineer was polite and nice. However, it took quite a while for him to replace a part and fix it. Not his fault. However, very inconvenient that the hotel gave us a room with a faulty TV.
Very good experience Didnt know how to operate your alarm clock! Must be the blonde in me, lol!
Great staff, very clean and beautiful space. The waiter remembered my name, which is always nice. That I forgot my bathingsuit for the pool!
The pool area was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk help was great it was kind of pricey for a night stay
I am satisfied for room and environment.
Clean nice good breakfast When I checked in I was not told about the free breakfast The towel rack in our first floor room fell off The toilet tissue holder keep coming loose
The hours of breakfast. I had to work, and had to leave before the breakfast was available.
Loved outlet mall and nearby food options to walk to. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Breakfast wasnt great. Ants in bowl with peunut butter packets turned me off for the day.
location parking after dark was kind of scary, felt isolated
Excellent staff, very professional. Very accommodating, very comfortable. Was close to both freeways and shopping as well as restraunts. Fresh cookies and coffee 24 hrs a day. Starting the day with the free breakfast......the eggs bacon and patotieseach morning were restraunt quality. Extremely clean, tables and counters. I would and will stay there again.
Nice staff and nice morning buffet. Thought buffet price was a little high.
Fast check in N/A
The hotel is conveniently located in Ontario with access to 10 and Ontario airport. This hotel would be fine for business. Staff was friendly. The hotel needs some upgrades. Even the elevator seemed tired as it took its time moving between floors and opening.
I really like the breakfast and evening lounge on the 6th floor. Clean and actually good food.
