Provincetown Hotels near MacMillan Pier

Pros: Breakfast was freshly baked and presented beautifully. The B&B hosts were extremely knowledgeable of the area and made excellent sightseeing suggestions. All guests at breakfast were friendly and fun to be with.

Cons: I have no complaints.

Pros: All aspects of Admirals Landing were superb! Breakfast was good, the facilities clean and every attention to detail in the house as well as the hospitality was taken care of. Wonderful B&B!!!

Pros: A delightful B&B in quirky brilliant Provincetown. Clean comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Tasty and generous breakfast. Knowledgeable and informative hosts.

Cons: Stairs up to Room 6 are not for the faint hearted!

Pros: All I can say is, “WOW.” You gotta stay here! Room, facilities, and meal were fantastic. But, the breakfast experience was my favourite part: the conversation was lively and engaging; the other guests came from all over the world; and the coffee was endless! Robyn seemed to enjoy and participate freely with local knowledge and plenty of travel advice. Audra was always ready with a broad smile, inviting us in. Robyn and Audri were the quintessential hosts. We can’t wait to go back!

Pros: My husband and I just got back from our one year anniversary weekend-getaway at ptown. Admirals Landing was our first experience in a B&B, and honestly we were a little skeptical at first. We were blown away by how amazing our stay was. Robin and Audrey were amazing hostesses. They were helpful and informed with absolutely anything we had questions with. Breakfast was fresh cooked and delicious. We stayed in room #6, which is very secluded and romantic. It's on the second floor and has it's own private staircase to get there. The steps are steep, but I had no problem and I'm in my second trimester with twins. The room itself was spacious and clean and had a fireplace and a private bathroom. The location is great as everything is walking distance! We HIGHLY recommend this B&B!

Cons: VERY VERY HOT in the room... no air-conditioner on. Had to ask for a fan.

Pros: The staff and the house itself is lovely. We stayed in the Dorothy Parker suite which was a little small to unpack the suit cases and store clothes. It's not a complaint - it's a traveller top. If there are two of you it might be best to ask for a larger room.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was lovely and the breakfast was really good. There were two options every day and a chef's special.

Cons: Definitely not a 4 star B&B. Bathroom can be used by 1 small person at a time.Corner of shower appeared to have black mold. Shower head and water temp controller loose from tiled shower wall.. needs caulking. One 12 inch glass shelf for all toiletries... not even a windowsill to put things on. Hair dryer handle broken in 2 pieces... unusable. Host never smiled as we checked in and checked out. An aloof, detached atmosphere... certainly not what we are used to in a B&B especially. Such a disappointment... and it was my husband’s birthday. I told Paul (co-owner) when we arrived. Not so much as a chocolate chip cookie to celebrate the occasion. Over priced for what is offered. The excuse given: Historic house built in the mid 1800’s. Kitchen was obviously remodeled... the bedrooms and bathrooms need to be addressed if they continue to charge top dollar for such mediocre, tiny spaces.

Pros: Phenomenal attention to detail. Delicious breakfast. The two owners have a really lovely establishment. The staff were very caring.

Pros: It was a perfect welcome of our host Dave. He also prepared a lovely breakfast the next morning and after that we had a nice coffee on the porch before we left. The room was cozy but very, very nice. In case I come back to Provincetown I will for sure check whether I can use this location again. Thanks a lot!!

Pros: - Room was clean. - Fireplace was really nice. - Cleaning ans cooking staff are very friendly.

Cons: - Breakfast was basic and uninspired. - “Valet” style parking is understandable because of the lack of parking space but is a pain to have to bother the staff every time you need your keys to go get something in the car. Also, $14 per night in addition to the price of the room is ridiculous. - Owner is not the most welcoming host.

Pros: the inn was so beautifully decorated, I wanted to live there! The attention to detail was excellent, they've thought of everything!!! Great that parking was an option for a small fee.

Cons: Bed could have been a little softer but the room was beautiful!

Pros: Everything was fantastic! Friendly, clean, centrally located and our room was reasonably priced considering it was in August which is the primary vacation season.

Cons: The house was getting a new roof and the banging began at 7am and stopped at sundown each day. The owners never apologized, just said it had to be done. Never offered any type of discount of refund either. In a situation like that the nightly rate should have been cut in half. They didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience at all. It was all about them and getting the new roof.

Pros: The view from our room was spectacular!! The staff was friendly and accommodating. This Inn is in the perfect location for Provincetown, easy walk to shopping, views and restaurants. Look no further because this is THE premier place to stay. ♥️

Pros: Super cute little room that was quite sufficient for our overnight stay. The balcony was fantastic as was the sunrise we got to see from it. I would absolutely stay here again. Amen for evening bubbles as well!

Cons: Only thing I could say is it is an older place so you can hear everything. I'm pretty sure this will be the case in most places in Provincetown though. I will bring earplugs next time.

Cons: we was unable to park in the property, they request to leave the car key in the reception but none is in the reception after 10 PM so, I have to park outside and pay parking. hotel description says free parking in the property without any restriction I explained my issue to the hotel manager and his answer was I am sorry.

Pros: Breakfast was good the first day, but not as good the second day. Dinner was very good, waitstaff was wonderful.

Cons: I’m a stickler, I love white towels, the towels were dinghy but adequate. Room was smaller than expected And only one chair. Wish the sitting area could’ve been a bit bigger.

Pros: The main house is a beautiful old building. The staff is top notch. Very friendly and personable. Teddy and Daniel have amazing personalities and really made us feel welcome. The pool (though small) was warm and inviting. The pool courtyard was cozy. The parking is amazing for Ptown. Right on the property. The location is dynamite - only about a block from town hall, on Bradford Street. The decor is shabby chic with some really fun Ptown touches. The rooms and facilities were very clean. The housekeeping staff was extremely friendly and don’t seem to be discouraged from speaking with guests, which we appreciate.

Cons: Only two bath towels provided at a time (I grabbed pool towels to supplement). No top sheet on the bed, which for me was not an issue, but my partner didn’t like it. The breakfast was ok. Coffee, juice, yogurt, granola and plenty of fresh fruit. Eggs were not my favorite, and I tried them three times. Pastries and toast are also available. The sweets were a bit of a let down. The mini fridge was full of mini bar items, so I had to empty it to make room for our things. The lack of ice machine was a pretty big letdown. We paid over $400/night, so these things matter.

Pros: Location, Location, Location! We were only in town for one night and having Eben House be so accessible to downtown was far and away the best part. Nick was awesome at getting us checked in and settled and the room was clean and comfortable!

Pros: Excellent staff and location can’t be beat. Facility was spotless and well maintained. Couldn’t ask for a better run place. Room was small, but efficient and there are larger rooms available at a price. Shared bath was no problem. Spotless and other guests were all very considerate. Extremely quiet for being on the Main Street.

Cons: Personal preference for me is that I would have liked room darkening window coverings and better seals around door so that the bright light could be kept out in the morning. Type of AC kept the room cool, but didn’t remove the humidity. Again, just a personal preference on my part.

Pros: The property was right off the pier and smack in the middle of Commercial Street. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from when we arrived to when we left. The bed was very comfortable and the room and shared bathroom were both very clean. They let us leave our bags in the office after we checked out because our ferry was later. Not having to carry that around was amazing We would love to stay here again!

Cons: The front door is up an alley which is fine during the day but if you are coming home alone at night you become very aware of your surroundings. Not a bad thing but just something to be aware of.

Pros: Great little hideaway tucked into the perfect spot right on Commercial Street. Quiet decks with amazing views, clean and cozy rooms and a perfect little breakfast sampler in the morning. Friendly atmosphere and priced just right. We will definitely be going back!

Cons: With only one staff member on duty, he wasn't always easy to find when we had questions/wanted to check out. Bathroom was a little dusty (but kept neat and tidy overall).
