Cons: I was paying a decent price online, when I went in to actually pick up the vehicle. Ended up paying expensive fees that weren't posted.

Cons: What didn't I like? There was water damage on both side mirrors and the windshield which made visibility a bit challenging at night time, and especially in the rain. The driver's side windshield wiper skipped, which made visibility VERY unsafe. The car gave TWO "Oil Alert" reminders in less than 48 hours, which was concerning. The dashboard panel was really dirty which made reading the speedometer and odometer quite difficult. The car did not appear to have been vacuumed prior to the rental. Typically, I am a big Enterprise fan; just not this time.

Cons: I didn't use the rental because they didn't have anymore cars available. I called next car customer service 5 times to get refunded and no one ever picked up . I am infuriated! Will never use again! Absolute bad company and worthless customer service!!!!!

Cons: They sock you with an $86 daily rate if you don't return before closing, which is not specified in the contract.

Cons: The business doesn't appreciate customer satisfaction at all. They didn't have our car ready at the time of our reservation. We had to wait for 2hrs 30 minutes, which made our experience by far the worst. The manager never apologized and the representative refused to have us talk to him to ask about a possible discount. Car was also poorly maintained; dirty carpets, it wasn't vacuumed, had a foul smell in the AC.

Cons: Car was covered with bird droppings. One was on rearview mirror. When I mentioned this to manager, he said, that bird do this all the time, like it is ok to give dirty car to customer.

Cons: I was surprised to find the middle row was captains' chairs, rather than bench chairs. This meant total capacity was only 7, and we were a little crowded with three adults in the back row. I found a receipt in the glove compartment, showing the previous renter paid $60 daily rate, whereas I paid $79.

Cons: The attendent should be at the work at 7;30 I was waiting untill 8;20 untill she showd up and I missed my meetimg a big time, what do you thinking?

Cons: The car was dirty, inside and out. A dashboard light went off and I could not figure out what the problem was because the car had no manual. I had to fill out a report with the same data that they had on the computer in a time when I was in a hurry to return the car. the staff were not rude but could had been more helpful.

Cons: Somehow the Avis system couldn't process the rental for more than 30 days even though I was able to book the car online for more than 30 days. This caused a problem and delayed me when I dropped off the car.

Cons: The vehicle I reserved was not available. My reservation had to be transferred to another location to get the vehicle I had asked for.

Cons: Despite our reservation, they had no car. Manager told us she couldn't help, so we should call customer service. They offered us more expensive reservation at location 6 miles away, but at a branch that closed in 8 minutes. And they didn't catch the impossibility of traveling 6 miles across suburban DC in 8 minutes, I did!
