Pros: What did I like? Well - the awesome Enterprise employee upgraded us to a nicer car at no charge and it was only his second day on the job! Pick-up was quick and efficient; and the "looking forward to seeing you tomorrow" call from Enterprise on the day prior to pick-up day was impressive!
Cons: What didn't I like? There was water damage on both side mirrors and the windshield which made visibility a bit challenging at night time, and especially in the rain. The driver's side windshield wiper skipped, which made visibility VERY unsafe. The car gave TWO "Oil Alert" reminders in less than 48 hours, which was concerning. The dashboard panel was really dirty which made reading the speedometer and odometer quite difficult. The car did not appear to have been vacuumed prior to the rental. Typically, I am a big Enterprise fan; just not this time.

Great Customer Service
Pros: The staff was very professional and friendly. They picked me up even though I was just outside their area. Stephanie and the crew couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I will definitely go with them again if I need a car in the future.
Cons: It wasn't free. :-)

Pros: Got a an upgrade because the car I requested wasnt available.
Cons: I was paying a decent price online, when I went in to actually pick up the vehicle. Ended up paying expensive fees that weren't posted.

Fast, informative service
Pros: Eric and Brayden handled themselves very well, kept us informed of the necessary information that we needed and got us in and out as fast they could. Two great employees
