the rental experience wasnt good: i arrived the office to pick up the car, the employee treated me very bad (she didnt seem to be in a good mood), and then charged me wrong in my credit card. i had to made a number of phone calls later to cancel those wrong charges in my card. i will not use nextcar next timeReviewed Aug 17 2025

Pros:The staff wasn't outright rude at least.Cons:I rented the car for two days. Once I showed up, the staffer said that the rental would have to be for three days, since the car rental place was closed on Monday. He also mentioned it when going over all the other terms of the rental; if I wasn't paying attention I wouldn't have noticed it. When I protested and said that we had agreed for two days, the staffer shrugged and said it wasn't their problem. The staffer wasn't rude or unprofessional, he just didn't care.Reviewed Jun 1 2021
