Very good
Anonymous, Jul 2022 - The Laurel Inn, Part Of Jdv By Hyatt
Small boutique style converted motel located west of Pacific Heights, just south of the Presideo. Cons: No coffee maker in room, no access to newspapers, pillows were lumpy foam, excessive covid signage everywhere. Pros: modernized bathroom, modern decor but with a 60s retro vibe, parking onsite (though ~$40/day).

Wonderful
Anonymous, May 2017 - Hotel Kabuki, part of JdV by Hyatt
Pros (+) I liked that it was really close to everything, we walked everywhere and got to see everything we wanted so that was really convenient.
Cons (-) They had construction going on, yes they did stop at 5pm but it would have been since with out the noise.

Very good
Anonymous, Sep 2016 - Hotel Kabuki, part of JdV by Hyatt
Pros (+) The Japanese decor is calming. Nice neighborhood, walking distance to nice restaurants.

A deep thin tub with shower, no shower curtain, then the sink in a middle area that has wall to wall carpeting, and then the toilet in another room that you have to step up ...

Pros (+) Beds are comfortable and is in a good location.
Cons (-) Under renovation, the AC wasn't working so we had to sleep with the door open, which is loud outside

Okay
Anonymous, Nov 2015 - The Laurel Inn, Part Of Jdv By Hyatt
Pros (+) Convenient location Free parking Very comfortable bed Have wheelchair accessible rooms and bathrooms
Cons (-) The hotel smelled bad, maybe we had a room that allows smoking. It seemed as though new furniture had been put into an old hotel without doing any deeper upgrades. We reserved online through hotels.com and staff couldn't find our reservation, then said that we had already been checked in and had to go an make sure there wasn't anyone already in the room.
